I suggest researching a voidship, allowing you to leave the universe in case of danger and re-enter it or any other when matters have cooled down.

I have a YP bomb, Yttrium pulse. Works the same as an EMP, but it stops Yttrium portals.

That's literally not allowed in the laws of physics. It is impossible to "pulse" any Yttrium device. They have to go or a more slow burn, and anything that would disrupt anything else would look vaguely like an obvious attempt to stop something on any sort of scanner beyond average eyes.
