I still don´t get it why you dislike Obama.
To be honest, over here in Austria, almost everyone was happy when he got re-elected.

He hates him because he is against weapons right ? I wonder if he actually have balls to do the right things. I was disgusted at first by the USA's reaction to the publication of the Israeli Intel that our gentle Syrian Neighbours use chemical weapons, remember what Obama said about "Red lines" ? They denied this fact for two weeks, then they denied the fact it is reliable information and said "It's not enough" , really ? You don't have spies In Syria ? I call bull**** on this they just try to back off from what they said couse looking all nice and against dictatorship is good but acting is another thing ... Now that they finally admitted there "might be chemical weapons in use" time will tell if their words are worth something. I still feel that nothing will be done in there though.
I can understand them as it is not their war, but on the other hand I cannot pass by the danger in all this stuff. It could be better if the current Syrian government remained in power because it is a known and sane enemy who wouldn't use those chemical warheads, but now when their defeat is certain and different terrorist groups try to put their hands on the warheads it's a ticking bomb. If this thing goes to hell it's better go to hell in a controlled explosion by western countries and not by terrorists. The amount of chemical weapons they have is insane - they couldn't make nuclear warheads so instead they made one of the biggest (if not the biggest) chemical warheads supply in the world.
And now to the epic conclusion of my monologue :
That guy is supposed to be scary but he’s not

I don't understand why Tau hates Obama, would you rather still have Bush? I know that if Rommney got elected, he would have been more likely to cause a war, worse, a world war, and I would have got drafted in.
Which is bad, unless I managed to scab a fighter pilot role.
And if a war kicks off anyway, I'll try and go into Mech development.

Man a world war is not something you can avoid in this point of history. You have two choices - either you accept Iran as a nuclear state or you annihilate them before they can use this weapon (yes I believe they will be the reason for a big war at the least). In the first choice Europe and the USA will live terror from ... well terrorists. See so far when the USA was attacked by terrorists the launched strikes at terrorist bases in Iraq and Afghanistan but once Iran gets a bomb ... you can't do anything about the terrorists. They will keep coming and killing you . I don't think they are crazy enough to start a nuclear war, they will use this as a deterrent so that their country will be safe heaven for terrorists, or worse.
In the other scenario you will end up in a world war, and you better make it on your terms rather then let them do it. You need balls to start a war on this scale but you have no big choice, because either way it will come to your doorstep.
See you need balls to survive in this world, you need balls to put on taxes on the population so that you won't end up like Greece, you need balls to start a war, you need balls to end a war, you need balls to say no to immigrants (I heard in some cities in Europe they stopped putting Christmas trees as to not hurt the feelings of the minorities , don't forget to fast next Ramadan in solidarity with the minorities
). And now the final question - does your president have the balls to do the right thing ? hope he does.

You don't understand.
A world war is equivalent to a dead world. There is no middle ground of "Eh, let's just nuke this city". In a World War, nukes will fall, and that means all the nukes will fall.

Really ? People refer to world wars as the "end of the world" , give me one reason for nukes to fall if Iran doesn't have nukes yet ? When it will have it will be another story, not as bad actually as it will probably be enough to nuke a city or a small American state, the results are catastrophic ofc but not as if it was a nuclear war, life continues for most of the people on earth. In nuclear wars people always talk about worst case scenario but I wonder what happens if one has the balls to stop the chain... besides the bomb itself is not enough, North Korea has a bomb but it is completely useless for it. Not only they didn't get anything from building this bomb they don't actually have means of delivery for it.
BTW add the Nukes to the list !

I don't hate Obama because of his policies against weapons, I hate him because of ALL of his liberal policies. I am a devout mid-right conservative (except when it comes to religion) and I disagree with nearly all the policies he's pushing, such as Obamacare (government healthcare, look at Canada for an example of why it's bad); immigration laws (effectively legalizing nearly all illegal immigration); and, last but certainly most, crimes against the 1st Amendment, i.e. against freedom of expression (turning dissidence into terrorism, using severely excess force against public protesters, etc.).
Another thing, and easily the worst thing he's done, is the NDAA. This has a cleverly worded clause that allows the government and military of the United States to force citizens to work without payment of any sort whenever an emergency/crisis situation is declared. There's only one name for that, and that name is slavery. Even worse is the fact that the President can declare a crisis situation WHENEVER HE WANTS, WITHOUT THE POTENTIAL FOR INTERVENTION BY THE PEOPLE OR THE GOVERNMENT.
In addition, there's the Feinstein-Lee Amendment to the FY2012 NDAA, which allows the government to indefinitely detain any citizen for mere SUSPICIONS of terrorism & dissidence, despite there being NO CONCRETE DEFINITION FOR 'SUSPICION OF TERRORISM' ANYWHERE, WITHIN THE CLAUSE OR ELSEWHERE, ALLOWING THE GOVERNMENT TO DETAIN WHOEVER THEY WANT, REGARDLESS OF ANY ILLEGAL ACTION.
Also, there's the drones. Unarmed security drones, RQ-1s if I remember correctly, continuously flying over US territory. The government claims they're used to prevent 'terrorism', but with the immensely loose definitions of terrorism discussed above, do I really need to say what's wrong here?
