Re: Episode VII
I am pretty sure that´s not an official trailer... Especially because noone can get copyright for Michael Jackson songs.

His music company is very strictly.
In fact, in all the 80's hits albums my mom has, there´s none with a MJ song, so... pretty difficult to get them to give you the rights...

I honestly don't see what you're worrying about in Star Wars VII. When has Disney ever made a BAD movie?

Re: Episode VII
I can reliably say that Disney will ruin Star Wars with VII. They have strayed too far from their proven methods to make anything worthwhile.

Re: Episode VII
The problem is that the books and games cover a timeline of ~ -3000 to ~40 pretty accurately.
At least conflict-side.
This makes it difficult to place a movie with an original storyline and something interesting happening in a time it can get put into relation to the other movies for people who didn´t read any of the books without resetting canon or doing one of the infamous alt-universe reboots which noone actually likes after what they did with the new Star Trek timeline...

It ended well. Empire destroyed, peace brought back to the galaxy. I don't think it will be bad, but, it won't be as good as others. It will be like Halo 4, where the previous game ended well, actually, Halo 3 ended perfectly IMO, but another company buys franchise, and tries to revive the whole thing, and it is not as good. It will be ok, nobody liked Phantom Menace, but by the third on it got alright.

I fail to understand. Why does everyone absolutely hate Jar Jar Binks? Stupidity? Hilarity?
Actually, stupidity seems a satisfactory answer.
