Yeah, it was actually based of an R5 slip fighter from Andromeda, speaking of which, someone really needs to have a go at building this ship:

I like the fighter, very good. I feel the platform the gun is on is too high however, I'd advise making it smaller.

After steam decided to die for the weekend, i thought i would try to finish my dreadnaught, i still need to do the detail as it is really plain, but here is a pic of the hull. its not pretty though, my building style changed to much for me to make the back fit the front. This has made it look a bit weird.

Thanks, i need to fix the middle section though, it looks way to thin and flimsy to support a 30 metre wide cannons recoil.

Not as big as i wanted to make it, if world editing 20,000 blocks didnt take 20 minutes and didnt melt my laptop, the back would have been about twice that size. Unfortunately i am lazy, and dont really want to wait 20 years for my computer to unfreeze itself when i accidentally use //set instead of //faces and try to worldedit a million blocks

Anyway, i have done some of the interior, so here it is:

I wouldnt worry, My computer would melt if i tried to fly my dreadnaught. I get 230 fps on normal r distance, but it melts my leg every time i use it for more than an hour.

Anyway, i made the standard missile for my dread, nothing special, just the equivalent of a little turret. If i can be bothered should be able to fit over 200 of these things on my ship. Pic:
