NO.

YOU GO BURN IN HECK IV >:(

I played this game back in January, it is aweesoooome :D

Great plot, great gameplay, great voice acting and a great amount of freedom...it's just as good, if not better than, the original.

Hey there is a reason why the first was called a masterpiece - not only it was a great game on it's own but also introduced new things to the gaming industry. Human revolution wasn't that revolutionary (lol) in that aspect. Also I have issues with the storyline (It lacked the big revelations of the first game, best one was probably about Eliza Cassan ). The first had a much deeper feeling of conspiracy ... and more variation in music

I´ve just read into the story on Wikipedia...
Those rebels sound a lot like these "Freedom Fighters" in the early days of the EE...

Dunno about sonic universe but in Deus Ex universe it all depends on how deep you read ...

Point taken.

Especially disappointing was finding Dr. Reed...that's the entire premise of the game, and it's all over after one boss fight.

I just think it's wonderful that such a classic like the original DE translated really well into modern technology. The storyline could've been longer, the augmentations and weaponry could've been fleshed out, but other than that the gameplay was very fluid, and the controls were intuitive. I mean, compared to Invisible War this title was a darn godsend.

This is so true, I've never played the game myself but was shown it by a play-through on youtube. Luckily Jesse Cox can look deeper than I, so I didn't miss a speck of this games awesome story.

That is something that influenced the way I build my story - To scatter facts throughout the story so that in one moment I can connect them all together and you suddenly say "Wow it all makes sense now !" , the satisfaction of all pieces coming together. BTW though a bit off-topics I always wondered if I managed to achieve that feeling, for example the little mystery I built around Elian and Liana ? And can you guess who are the men in black armor ?
