I haven't found it yet. The original thread was locked and moved to Area 51 because

It came up again later, though, and IIRC there was a fairly serious debate for a while about Tiel being banned over it. This was months ago. I haven't found that debate yet; I think it's buried somewhere in 51 but I'm not sure. I personally don't think it's particularly offensive, but I believe that was the eventual judgement.

Fine, I will no longer use the image to refer to ACH, if that is the only reason then I should be allowed to keep it to use as a fun avatar/signature to better represent my interest.
