Oh, believe me, we started doing that at the beginning of the year, and I could easily design a website with Notepad alone. But Dreamweaver increases my productivity a lot and it's such a pleasure to use
(Also, I hate that the school blocks FTP connections. HURR DURR I UPLOAD VIRUZ 2 NETWURK DERP!11!)

I use
Stylizer at work. It's kind of pricey for personal use, but it cuts
days off my development time (I suck at CSS). The only downside is the embedded webkit renderer (Chrome) doesn't handle javascript well, so I can only play with jquery apps in the Firefox emulator. But that's an issue with webkit and not this app.
