With the trade deal between the NA and the MR signed, selected areas in the Macaian ports being opened to foreigners. Humans visiting Macai are advised to keep in mind that Macaian infrastructure is built for people substantially smaller than humans and that Macaian restaurants rarely serve vegetarian dishes.

The ME has sent scouts to Technoma and Pleth for the purpose of making contact with the local governments. Messages will be sent in the human language English.

After an incident where a human trader from the NA has suffered from severe halucinations after consuming a Macaian beverage, the ME requests an exchange of medical information on each other's species to avoid further similar incidents and treat sick or wounded people at each other's locations.

As NA merchants currenty have a major advantage against the Macaians due to their considerably faster FTL systems, the ME has asked the NA for information on how and where to purchase this tecnology.

True AI's are theorized to exist only under quantum computers, which are still in developmental and largely useless. While small examples exist, they are nowhere near large enough to hold a true AI.

The Fusion Coil Splicer, after further tests, has been modified to be fully self-sufficient. A miniaturized Fusion Splicer Reactor is contained within the weapon to make the Splicer capable of firing even if disconnected from a ship, allowing it to be mounted to nearly anything. [/Meta]

TechTron Industries have offered to construct hyperpulse relays for the Macaians, connecting them to Earth and/or Technoma, which would allow them to communicate with the rest of the galaxy, or at least the parts that are connected to the "main grid" of hyperpulse relays.

OOC:@Fen Assuming with "warp drives" continuous-movement FTL, because warp frive as in "alcubierre-like space bending" is the most basic thing available even to the ME, so assuming you meant I can purchase hyperdrives

The offer of war drives form the NA has been accepted and the ME is planning on purchasing a large number for both their military and civilian fleet.
The ME are sending a madical database equal to that of the humans back to the NA.

The Macaians are inviting the Nivanshe onto Qanov station, the newly finished commercial space station.
The ME wants to establish embassies, make a direct translation key for their languages and exchange medical information for the same purpose as with the NA, to avoid major medical incidents.

The several colonized planets are all Terran in nature.
Three are set out in space between Synkin and other factions borders at a good distance but not encroaching upon humans/etc borders. These will operate as hub planets for research/trade/military and such. The other four circle around Nivanshae space and will function as border posts pretty much.
