That old hag? God no. I'd rather let Mexico lead the planet then Britian they've shown their ineptitude at maintaining an empire. Maybe elevate to war advisor and empire management advisor but any higher would be stupid.

Also after assimilating the Commonwealth with Canada's swag I say we take over Africa, It's vast resources will fuel are empire and assure an easy land victory.
