Re-watching Inception yesterday my mind predictably wandered post-movie, and landed on: who's who in the FC Extraction team?

Because face it, we are all (except mebbe Jedi) amoral enough to mindrape people for fun and profit.

The Extractor: Desdenova
The Point Man: Fenway
The Architect: Error - Also a Chemist
The Forger: Catsonmeth
The Chemist: Daynel - Also an Architect
The Tourist:
The Shade: Julo

But my rather phale imagination could not put names to roles, except Jedi being either the snarky-ass tourist or Fenway being the snarky-ass Forger.

Thoughts.

For the confused-

Extractor goes in and gets the information from the mark.
Point Man does the research, sets up the encounter, and generally enables things.
Architect designs the dreams where you mindrape the mark.
Forger mimics other people to fool the mark.
Chemist does chemistry. Duh? The sciencey guy.
Tourist either is there to make sure you did the job, or to be a load on the team.
The Shade is that dead person who returns as a projection to fuck up your day.
