Incinerate them. Go ahead. There's still several thousand more and counting in the Expanses, ex-Zuguth, and Laruth. By the time you've managed to incinerate every planet, the galaxy's gonna be pretty empty. And WLM production has nothing to do with the bots on the ground - every warrior bot and worker bot are made by a factory bots which are made by harvester bots. The amount of bots is only limited by the natural resources present. The only things that were made in WLM were the fleets, the dreadnoughts, the superships, and the ministations.
Your failure to assault them earlier will be your downfall.

Re: Where we Left Off [RP TITAN]
I meant ship production. The Strig won't immediately destroy every world; they'll purge worlds when they can, and destroy them when they can't. But this isn't some wide-spread campaign, this is in worlds closest to Strigiforme territory, and ones which are deemed critical to industrial development, as the worlds purged by the Strigiforme remain under their aegis until the crisis ends.

OOC: Sounds like you need some EMP cannons m8s. Also ground troops are pretty useless against orbital bombardment.

Re: Where we Left Off [RP TITAN]
@Shadow if your ground forces are rubbish yes. But don't you think it'd make sense for planetside anti-orbital cannons to be, you know, planetside?
@ACH The closest planets to the Strigi would be in Laruth. As for industrial development... How do you think they're operating? It'll be a while before any of them are doing anything beyond their planet, and my navy isn't doing very much. There's no real gatherings of units except by Menya. Speaking of Menya...
BIC
Ministations have arrived over Menya.
OOC:
Ministation definition thing:
- 3km radius.
- 350 T/S missiles (enlarged).
- Seed production system.
- Hardlight projection shields.
- Wormhole defensive shields.
- About a thousand railguns, lasers, etc.
- Triple Ministation Cannons (that red laz0r of deth).
- Dual subspace collectors.
- Enhanced sensors (farther reaching, required for proper operation of red deth laz0r).

By the way Vinyl you have gained a grand total of seven planets from Laruth. Make use of em.

//AUF Encrypted Message to: Strigiforme\\
[Check PM]
\\END//
The AUF has not yet responded to the Hexaguthians, but has withdrawn all troops from Menya and remains within their borders.
The NR attack force in WLM is pushing out more. Every planet they come across is being immediately imploded via Singularity-Implosion warheads, given the situation in the Milky Way. While casualties are being taken, the force is still very capable. No ARK-killer ships have been lost yet.

Re: Where we Left Off [RP TITAN]
[meta]With the security of WLM quickly deteriorating, Zuguth, Pleth, TTI, and a lone supership are being relocated to NGC 1049. Several hundred subspace charges will be detonated to mask the wormholes. Due to the unstable nature of subspace, there is a very small window for which the data required to ascertain the new location can be gathered. To hinder the NR's ability to collect this data, the fiercest push yet will be made against them.[/meta]
Active seeding has been ceased, all ships assigned to the task being withdrawn back to Menya to assist in the defeat of the Novans.
>Message to Laruthians:
Please await until seed growth has completed. Upon growth completion, you will once again be welcomed upon your planets in their new, enhanced and renovated form. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
>END
>Message to Strigiforme:
We ask that you cease your attacks. Further interference will result in reevaluation of target priorities.
>END
>Message to NeoRomans:
We ask that you cease your attacks. You were not to be a target. Continued aggression will result in reevaluation of targets.
>END
>Message to Mobian Republic:
Your continued cooperation is greatly appreciated. Should your cooperation persist, seeding of planets within your Hexaguthian-designated borders will not take place, as well, said borders will be enlarged.
>END
OOC: The purpose of the charges were always to mask an emergency exit, acting as a defensive measure secondarily.
@CVN in that case, those seven planets are roughly in the center of just under a hundred seeded planets. Borders are irrelevant.

Re: Where we Left Off [RP TITAN]
The NeoRoman fleet at Vortex Station has jumped to Menya to assist the Novan fleet, and is once again headed by L. Jahgrin.
The NR fleet in WLM has begun a blitzkrieg assault, pushing past enemy lines and assaulting core systems where they can be found. Casualties are mounting, and the first ARK-killer ship was lost to a Tachyon/Subspace kamikaze attack. The intensity of the assault has lead military analysts to believe that the Hexaguthians are attempting to hide a course of action from assaulting forces. The location of the primary core worlds is being given top priority, hence the blitzkrieg assault. Orders are to NOT bomb the primary core worlds ((like Zuguth)) if found, but to siege and capture them.
//Message to: Hexaguthian Empire\\
Your target priorities do not matter to us. What matters to us is your use of ARK technology for your own gain, to conquer the galaxy and subject it to effectively a puppet state. A toy, if you will.
I think I speak for the galaxy here; go fuck yourselves. With a rusty spatula.

>Message to NeoRomans:
The use of ARK technology is merely a means to an end. We do not seek conquest for conquest's sake, our goal is simple and clear: peace. There would no longer be the stresses of intergalactic politics when all nations are under a single banner, and, internal policy would remain so, the independence of our provinces is very extensive and gracious.
The current violence is only with those who reject the idea of galactic peace, resisting only for their own selfish reasons. Look upon Laruth, they have allowed us to intervene upon them and in return we have given them a great gift. Should you inspect their worlds, and the whole of the others we have seeded, and you will see that built upon them is the same infrastructure and services present here on our worlds in WLM. We seek to uplift them, like we do to the other nations.
However, we will not be gracious with you. What will be done to you will be unlike what is to be bestowed upon the future citizens of the Empire. Your people will be executed, your worlds burned, and your society erased. It does not have to be this way though, Jahgrin. We plead unto you, cease your offensive, and you and your people will be spared in entirety. Thus far all you've managed to accomplish is delay our work and slaughter entire populaces. I plead unto you, do not let your shortsightedness seal your fate.

The superships have focused their fire on the NeoRomans, picking a single target for their Wormhole Cannons, Jahgrin's flagship.

Re: Where we Left Off [RP TITAN]
-[Message to NeoRome]-
People of the NeoRoman Hierarchy, I am Empress Alva Setinara speaking for the Hexaguthian Empire, and I wish to ask you to put an end to this meaningless slaughter.
You claim that we are abusing ARK technology, while the truth is that the only ARK technology we are using is the ARK laser cannons, which we have only used defensively against you. And how can you claim that we are abusing such technology, when you are using it yourselves?
Besides, technology is technology, wherever it hails from. It can be used to lay waste to populations, as done by you, or it can be used to further the advancement of society, as is our plan. In the Second World War on Earth, did not the nation of America use their enemies' rocket technology to sent mankind into space, without which we wouldn't be here now? And had it not been for the breakthroughs by the use of alien technology in the mid-23rd Century, would we have the quantum computing technology we all know and love? Technology, and technological advancement, is what defines any sentient race, and we are willing do risk our lives to defend our right to keep this progress alive.
So I beg of you, we beg of you, to stop this slaughter so we can stop ours. For either way, there will be no victor. Either society lives on in peace, or it dies out almost completely.
I hope you take your time to consider this message.

Re: Where we Left Off [RP TITAN]
[meta]Strigiforme have started work on Project Blue. Additionally, what little information on the enemy is being used to attempt to find valuable worlds in WLM, which would be targeted by the Ringworld. [/meta]
Strigiforme forces have continued purging worlds believed to pose a threat to Strigiforme security. Security pickets are being massively increased, and a third Barrage Cannon is being built. Fleet production in Triangulum has been increased, with hundreds of ships on docks, ranging from patrol ships that take a day, to 4 more Aiigaiion class ships which will be completed in a month. Strigiforme soldiery have met with mixed successes in ground operations, safely reclaiming several seeded worlds, but also being forced to cleanse others from orbit. Criteria for ground operations are being set up, dependent on the age of the infection.
