From how I know Nationstates, it's propably mostly making your Silky Anteater a protected species. And maybe some of the others, depending on what the choices you didn't pick were. (if there's a choice that'll boost your economy, chances are any other choice will weaken it)
Don't give it that much thought, Nationstates exaggerates a lot. And you're especially unstable with your stuff if you're a new nation, especially if you make choices that contradict what the game thought was your general idea.
