Due to the Laruthian's hostile response, several more gifts are being sent to attempt to appeal to their more peaceable sides, and patch up relations.

[meta]Special Services agents stationed in the nations neighboring Laruth have begun to covertly enter, either through official immigration or through illegal smuggling. In Laruth, agents have begun creating information nets and converting some disgruntled members to join the front-organization, claiming to be a spying group from the MR.[/meta]

Just to let you all know, it's pretty standard for everyone to be constantly spying on everyone; even the Strig do it. While they do it, they're fairly inept, and most of their agents are civilians or low ranking military/political.

Obviously, they are not pretending to be normal citizens; they're in hiding, watching people covertly near their hidden places and finding people who are ethnics/unhappy with the government. Additionally, theres still agents left over from Catian People's Republik(?).

The MR has accepted the Strigiforme gift and has constructed a memorial shrine dedicated to "The Tyylviian Genocide" it has been placed in.
The shrine is regularily visited by citicens from across the MR and has been placed on the standard program for most tourist programs on Mobius.
