"Defence satellite", I've yet to see an ARK have a deathstar cannon on it so this seems to be more of "I built a deathstar" then an ARK.

Also, I feel it can be safely assumed everyone knows where everyone's capital is. Starmaps, spacegoogle, intelligence, etc.

Maybe for the factions that have been around for a long time, I can still hold the benefit of the doubt however.

No. But if you went into their actual territory, you may find a few ARKs dotted with Deathstar-esque laz0rs around points that a normal ARK is not deemed enough. D-ARK probably had a few before they (most likely) got away somehow. The Draco ARKs probably took them.

Sorry, but are you sure you're not, like, violating any international trade or buiseness regulations here which would make your purchase invalid?
Not to mention keeping your capital secret is unrealistic anyway, because that's kinda the most important planet in the country, and if you take into account that there are civilian merchants flying to and from there, it's gonna be real easy to find out for anything that calls itself a secret service.

Of course not, Only small pathetic empires have international regulations anymore. Everything is intergalactic now. As for "illegal" theres nothing wrong with various companies of the same empire happening to around the same time spend oddly high amounts on a total of 51% of a certain companies stock who also happen to make extremely similar demands.

Besides considering one of said capitals is barely built in a restricted star cluster (hint hint) and the other is a unassuming military planet (guess guess) and the third public one is in the middle of Tajer-will-mob-not-Tajers territory so its not like its gonna pop up on "Best places to travel" or even "Worse places to travel" mostly because the surveyors would've probably been mugged and despised by the population.
