Ît wouldn't be a space sim, but I could do proper starships you can walk around in with it. But I'm doubtful it'll happen, it's been done on a mod for trains, but I don't think it will translate to a rolling, pitching aircraft. Boats might work though.

Of that fails, I'll try and get him to make proper lasers.

Also, did you know Flan originally intended his mod to be a space mod?

No, joke I do REALLY want to make a game on the 4th generation cry Engine when it comes out, like star citizen but more dakka and militaryey, and lots of exploration and ground combat, resources, etc.

Are you serious?
Space travel in Star Citizen is more weaponized than US households!
Have you seen what a normal civilian can buy in terms of dakka and military equipment in that universe? Litterally military-grade destroyers!
The UEE (human Empire in SC) is full of pirates, bounty hunters and mercenaries!
There is an epic war going with the Vanduul!
WHERE do you want to add dakka and military?

As for "lots of exploration and ground combat, resources, etc."...
Litterally, extensive ground combat is the only thing on that list that Star Citizen doesn't have in excessive ammounts.
And yes, it has a resource/economy system comparable to that of EVE Online planned.

Any species that invades and enslaves your race will instantly become awesome. Especially if they are morally grey like the owls, rather than completely black-and-white-humans-are-the-good-guys.
