Don't you mean the T-90SM, their new export version? Also, Russian army uses T-90A.

Seeing a serious lack of reactive armour. Any HEAT ATGM could beat that. A HESH round would be even better, really.

T-90 done and dusted. Starting on the Chally II. But I can't find any decent blueprints, so this could get difficult.

BTW Owl reactive armor is put ONTO the tank and its not aprt of it. Due to the armor composition of some there are tanks that dont actually need it, too.

Change of plans, putting the Chally II on ice for now, and we're pushing to get the rest of the US and Russian stuff done.

As for a russian attack heli... Mi-24 or KA-52?

I'd say go for hind.
It is much more iconic and doubles as a makeshift crew transport.

Yeah, hind's more iconic. However it's counterpart would be the cobra, and we want something similar to that.

Also it's going to be a total pig to make compared to the Kamov.

EDIT: we're going with hind.

I know; there was no reactive on the model, which I pointed out. The thing about reactive is thy not having it makes it vulnerable to all sorts of awful things like HESH rounds and ATGMs.
