A) Coincidentally, I actually have more control over the Empire, considering I've not been stifled in regards to control, and, as I'm online longer and more often than my superior, are presented the opportunely address the rapidly changing galactic environment. What I'm attempting to say, is that while Hexalan is now merely the name of what will remain of that future province, I have full control of the Empire, I'm just not the highest authority. And, B) or 2) if you'd like, since NeoRome left, the MQR reduced, and the GSI effectively nonexistent, all that stands in the way of what is not only an inherently evil and oppressive, but also very large and very, very powerful, and quite lone superpower is a mishmash of factions, none of which can face the Strigiforme alone and none of which have been able to effectively work together against the Maroon Menace, but never will, even combined, if the Strigiforme are allowed to slowly downsize their opposition. Should the Empire succeed in it's first and top priority, survival, they, we, will have a chance not only to continue the existence of liberty and freedom, but also the existence of the various races and lives that are so threatened by the Maroon Menace.

The Second Great and Bountiful Zuguthian Empire is not an attempt at galactic conquest, it is a bid to destroy the Maroon Menace once and for all, and to not only restore galactic balance but also, also, ensure it through benevolent ruling. The Empire, though militaristic, is so out of necessity, as not only will the Strigiforme not respond to anything else, but also their followers, namely the 'true-believers', so to speak, of the UGC, will not relent and they will not show mercy longer than it benefits themselves.

The Second Great and Bountiful Zuguthian Empire would not be a threat to the galaxy in any way, unless it decides to expand its benevolent reach to the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies and the factions there would be so stubborn as to refuse to exist majorly independent but protected and provided for.
