I can't tell if your being sarcastic or not but SOE is Sony Online Entertainment. They are famous for Everquest, Planetside 2, DC Universe and a few more. What shadow is refering to is the fact that SOE fucks up planetside 2 everytime the release an update. Now sometimes the updates do help but most of the time they ruin the game more, That's the reason I canceled my SOE membership.

I was more referring to Planetside 1 in which the BFR update is the acclaimed final nail that killed the game. But PS2 is a good example also.
