Due to the abundance of resources, production capability, technical capability, and the presence of the original technicians who built the miniature station, construction will be faster than it would otherwise be, but will still take several months to fully complete.[/meta]

Zuguthian citizens are greatly advised to avoid contaminated areas, with personnel being dispatched shortly to begin containment measures. Hexalan calls out the Strigiforme, accusing them of violating several galactic regulations regarding wartime actions, also demanding a ceasefire and peace negotiations.

The HE have been granted access to the WLM wormhole gate, and its scientists have been offered work on the TTI Research and Manifacturing Planet.

This is a really good reason to attack the Zuguth. Allies beyond GSI means probably military support.

The Strigiforme are open to negotiations, but will not cease their attack until the Hexalani release their desired terms.

The 7th crystal of the Torus, currently over the continent Aralya, began glowing even brighter as mechanisms began to speed up. A large ring, notched and etched with components and armor, extended from around the crystal through two arms. Three beams shot out from the crystal as the ring began to rotate. The ring sparked, blue power arced through the ring, and the center of the ring evolved into a vortex. It held this state briefly before changing scenes. It switched to a starfield, with a planet roiling in the background of the view. A large ship approached the ring, with two destroyers flanking it on each side. It passed through the portal, the destroyers right behind it, and emerged just behind the Hexalan fleet. The portal shut off after they passed with a spark of power, and the mechanism retracted.

The bridge fell silent a moment before an 'aye' left the mouth of every crew member aboard both it, and the other 4 capital ships.

While no longer holding full authority over all of her nation, the Lord of Admirals still retained her rank, and therefore life. It'd be a hard while for the Hexalani to adjust to Zuguthian life, but it'd be time well spent ultimately, for the both of them. She'd already heard reports of her people being proposed to on the spot by colonists simply because of their comparative beauty. The fleet containing the Aiigaiion has reached a Hexalani world, and has begun engaging the forces there. The rest of the Strigiforme forces have reached Hexalani systems and have also begun fighting.

Following the recent attacks, all trade with the Strigiforme has been canceled, and the majority of fleets have been readied for an attack.

The MR has announced having purchased a permanent usage permit for 3 Darkstar-owned systems in Draco in exchange for psionic equipment, giving them a unique status in the entire settled universe, as they legally belong to Darkstar, but are De Facto under MR control. They do not have any settlements so far and their management has been transfered to the MIN (OOC: official new name of the EIN), with civilian access blocked within 1 parsec of those systems.

[meta]Control of the new systems has been transfered to Section C, which has been inactive for years and employs the majority of the surviving Changeling population since the Conquest of Equestria (the remaining Changelings operate either independently and are not under MR control or are amployed by [redacted]) in secret, having thus avoided turning them over to the Strigiforme.

Military units are installing or updating their softwares and systems. The special commisioned "Engineering and Repair Fleet" is going trought systems to refit the ships.

The ERF [Engineering and Repair Fleet] is made of fast freighters like the Flapjack,mobile construction and repair ships like the Miniyard and the ECHELON-Plataform [Think Supreme Commander ACU]. They can reffit the ships "on the fly" ,and are specialized in combat engineering and civilian engineering too for other projects. Most units are Non-Commisioned Officers,contracted or trained from civillian engineers market
