Following a great amount of backstage politics and secret conversations, an alliance has been formed and officially announced between the Zuguthian Empire and the Hexalan Expanses.
The HE have been granted access to the WLM wormhole gate, and its scientists have been offered work on the TTI Research and Manifacturing Planet.

Bulk transports are planning trips into the Expanses in order to relieve the 'noncombatant' population by moving them into Zuguthian colonies.

The Barrage Cannons have ceased firing, and SDI forces remain on the borders in large numbers. The Strigiforme offer their deal once more.

Ringworld completion-82%. The ring is fully formed, and has a completed surface, but now awaits to be given a functioning atmosphere, water, and colonists. These are being added soon.

Stauros repair- 45%. The Stauros is capable of firing, but it could sustain massive damage by doing so.

Darkstar forces are being bolstered by the big flux of resources from the Draco-Colonial Effort. This is supplying a huge industrial machine with the materials needed for research and ship building.

The term Shangrila is given to a special kind of warhead made to phase-out shields completely . The missile itself is very big to fit on ships in big quantities . This warhead usually is fitted in missiles,and is special for one thing : When engaged,it will colapse a small "fold fault" ,a warp hole made faulty by purpose to distort the space around it and reacting against shielding of almost all kinds.

The Ballista is a special ship. A frigate usually is light and fast,and the Ballista is made to be extremely fast. But for a different reason than just strike purposes. Carrying a set of long range anti-capital ship missile silos,they can bring a lot of punishment to the frontlines,and then change position quickly as needed. The only ship capable of firing multiple volleys of Shangrila missiles.

I'd assume that any ship would have a "black box" of sorts with multiple methods of preserving data.

Do you know how expensive that'd be, to put such a device on all our ships? And besides, ships aren't meant to be lost out of wartime, so when they are the enemy can't get any useful tactical information.

Meta: Hexalani engineers are working on implementing superior Zuguthian shields, weapons, and power generators into Hexalani frames. Current results yielded are promising.

The Strigiforme Council declares themselves to be in a state of armed conflict with the Hexalani forces, and SDI fleets have begun moving across the borders and attacking hostile worlds. The fleet containing the Aiigaiion, in a move harking back to the Strigo-Novan War, is moving through Hexalani space under a shield. The Barrage Cannons have resumed firing, and several dozen high explosive and disabling biological have been shot at key Zuguthian worlds as well.

The Strigiforme Ringworld now has a functioning closed atmospheric system, with special gravitational manipulators and F forcefields keeping the air on the proper side of the Ringworld. Seas and lakes are expected to be added shortly, but colonists have already begun arriving and are being situated in the cities. Reporters state that it is one of the most beautiful places they have ever visited. The 8 massive mountains have been released to be sites for military forces, and civilians are being kept out.
