So who remembers this?

So this is the old Hawk Class fighter in Minecraft. Well I redid it in space engies and i am very satisfied. It could be smoother but I like it.

A tad excessive on the maneuvering thrusters? Unless that thing operates almost solely by strafing, I find 6-8 thrusters in any direction more than enough.

Also, you have roughly 0.00000001% of "Enuff Dakka". That's impressive for a fighter that size.

When I first made it i mistakenly used heavy armor instead of light armor so it turned out extremely sluggish and not at all maneuverable. Still now I think it could be better but it works to how I like it.

I think the scaling on it is a bit off but it does look nice.

It's neat, really. Personally I think the front end is a bid odd, but then again I don't know shit about spaceship design.

@Error, that's 80 billion machine guns. That's too much dakka. I say CvN Has a decent amount of dakka, but it could be improved.

The nose looks bizarre. Otherwise, great, although I really don't see the purpose of the massive, high-surface-area wings other than the cool factor. (But hey, I'm a staunch minimalist, so.)

Well if this was to be used in survival the wings would cover up the conveyor system that and they are pretty much vestigal structures. As for the nose, it is supposed to resemble a hawk beak. Or really any beak in general.

Well, I guess that explains the whole 'too beaky' vibe I was getting.
