NGC1300 is fenways hidey hole for the neorohms that you get to by flying into a blackhole or whatnot.

Eternal President Randall Feragg issued a measure today to permanently remove quantum computers from AUF space, instead opting for silicon alternatives. While silicon nano-computing is equally as powerful, it is completely impossible to develop AI's using silicon computers, as they rely on quantum effects to function. The goal is to phase out all quantum computers in critical infrastructure as quickly as possible. This change is in wake of a statement made by the Antioch Scientific Institute (ASI), stating that Stauros "Poses an extreme risk to every single system in the AUF," and that "There is no evidence to support that Stauros radiation cannot be utilized in other avenues, including explosive devices and ship mounted projectors."

The civilian sector is most heavily affected by this change, as most of the AUF military has already began using silicon computing to replace quantum computers. A complete shift of civilian use is not to be expected in less than 5 years.

@Error Azrael is meant to be used against personnel, It's designed to breach the hull, and snugly fit into it's breach not letting air out, then releasing gases into the area it's breached that cause damage to organic materials only. So it'd be ineffective against people who are in armour that fits snugly against skin or armour that has no holes. Personal shields on the other hand should still be ineffective against the Azrael projectile's gases, as I'm fairly sure they still allow air in and out.

You are the worst computer ever; Strigiforme Standard is a major galactic language, it isn't exactly a secret or anything. FutureGoogle probably has it in its translate function, and probably any half decent diplomat would learn a few words to prevent a major diplomatic issue.
