Ok, so now because you said that Ivan has to pay for you to be exported from Brasil to Austria to live with him. It is now his obligation.

@LS:
After you mentioned wanting to move to Austria.
I thought I should inform you that Austrians like bueaucracyalmost as much as Germans, which may be quite different from Brazil, so it seemd important to let you know of the paperwork involved in not being thrown out.
Also, a list of typical Austrian cuisine:
anything important I forgot?

Re: Alpland thread
Isn't the Austrian legal system/police/whatever rather strict as well?
Or was that just something I heard somewhere and didn't bother to verify..

You forgot to mention your shite service rifle.
Speaking of guns, I have concluded that the gun laws of Austria would allow Ivan to purchase a Mosin Nagant, and that he should immediately do so.

Re: Alpland thread
@Dayn:
Austrian police/legal system being strict?
Okay, I honestly am not sure about that, because I don't know about any other countries' police/legal systems other than America (which is broken).
So, I'd say it is definetely much more regulated than the US. Juries get judges as advisors and are required to give a valid reason for their punishments. The system is also mased on a min/max system other than an additive system like in the US, meaning that the most severe crime a criminal commited gets taken, and its minimum and maximum punishments are the range in which the court is legally capable of deciding. Other crimes that were commited (or additional times that crime was commited) get taken into account as well as special circumstances. (There is one crime where the minimum and maximum sentence are the same though, namely genocide - or even attempted genocide - which always gets you a lifetime sentence.) Also litterally nothing is privatized, all prisons are government-run.
So much for the system, but the police themselves tend to be very strict. Also, security at public events is massive. They sometimes assemble police forces from the entire county for very large events just in case something goes wrong.
@ACH sadly, there are some reasons I can not purchase a moisin:
a) One needs to be 18 to legally own guns in Austria
b) I would need a valid reason to purchase one. I do not have the money to start a gun collection, I do not have the intention of becoming a hunter and even if I go with target shooting, I would rather go with handguns.
Also, I talked to some people about the AUG and made my own thoughts and concluded that it is useful for one single purpose:
storming one small building. (Bullpup rifles can do that pretty well due to being comparatively short, maneuverability and stuff.) Which is why they are frequently found with special forces. Why someone decided to give a bullpup rifle switchable barrels, name it AUG (German acronym "universal army rifle") and make it the STANDARD WEAPONRY FOR THE BLOODY STANDARD INFANTRY is still beyond me though.

Re: Alpland thread
@Ivan
1- Find a person older than 18 to buy it for you
2- it is bolt action rifle, making it fall under Cat-C, which doesn't require a reason to own it.
@AUG
Who gives a SF building-clearing gun a giant magnification sight that is literally a part of the gun's internal mechanisms.
