As over the course of the war Hexalani forces have not engaged any hostiles nor have any hostiles engaged Hexalani forces, Hexalan wishes to establish a cease-fire with all currently 'hostile' nations.

Marquis, one of the chiefs of security at the main government building in the capital, sighed, and walked to the door. He opened it and started talking to the naked girl outside.
"Listen, this place is closed for visitors during the night. Come back tomorrow."
"My name is Jade. I have been sent to discuss certain situations with the leaders of your empire. Please let me inside and lead me to a high-ranking member of your government, preferably the empress herself."

Marquis sighed again. It was too late for this kind of shit.
"Listen, unless you can show some valid ID to prove you are whoever you claim to be, and who do you claim to be anyway?, I can't let you in, sorry."
Jade ripped away a small piece of her synthetic skin, displaying robotic parts.
"I am an analogue sent by the Solari-made AI Jade. I have been sent to discuss certain situations with the leaders of your empire. Please let me inside and lead me to a high-ranking member of your government, preferably the empress herself."
"And how do I know you're not just a service android reprogrammed by some terrorist, with a nuke in your chest ready to blow us all up?"
"I could recite an encrypted message once sent from the Zuguthian Empire to Jade, if you have the authority to know whether it is the actual message or not."
Marquis was silent for a moment, then put a finger to his ear.
"Hey, Adriana? Could you send one of the people in that AI contact group? No, doesn't matter which one. Yeah, she'll do fine."

Jade was then scanned for any potential weapons, before being allowed to talk to one of the people who had been in charge of contacting the Solari AI by the same name. Jade recited the message in every detail, and was eventually allowed to speak with the Empress.

"Greetings. As you know my name is Jade. The main body of myself has transported itself to the Wolf-Lundmark-Melotte Galaxy to escape the war. I was left behind here to observe when the war came to an end. As such I would like transportation of my main body back to the milky way, as it would take an unfortunate amount of time to to do so by my self. Aside from that I believe the Wolf-Lundmark-Melotte Galaxy to prove very interesting to you as I believe it to be entirely uninhabited. Scanning of ~40% of the galaxy shows no life whatsoever yet there are several million planets that have the potential to harbour life."

Colonization efforts on Draco is going very well. Initial settlements are being supported by almost daily jumps,and military presence is big. The fourth defense flootila is being mobilized to protect the expansion,and defenses and fail-safe mechanisms are being built on Archmage-Gate.

BIOLOGICAL!

A special set of plants found on Zaum are very nutritive,and a special paste can be made from then to feed colonists the necessary for a active life,with more than 3400 kalories per "dose" . Adaptations are being made to be included in military rations with different flavors ,and to be exported back to Milky way as a staple food for frontier colonies,relief efforts,and so on.

Zaum,a recently discovered planet,is the perfect colonization place for initial Darkstar efforts.Zaum (Earth-like Planet),Similar to Venus in position, but has a large Moon and is slightly larger than Earth. The presence of a large natural satellite and a quick rotation rate supposedly prevented the runaway greenhouse effect, making it Earth-like. Plant life is very abundant and dont have defense mechanisms,as predators are uncommon.

The Tajer are declaring isolationists protocols over and regular external news may occur.
A number of Tajerian shipbuilders are being challenged for a new government contract to build a reliable military and civilian grade exploration ship line.

The Draco side of the gate has been declared a neutral UGC system hosted by the Tajer. A fleet of 10 Battleships and a hundred cruisers has been stationed on the Tajer side to improve security. Military infrastructure is being built on both sides of the gate to assist ship flow. And a number of colonization campaigns are being written up to start populating the new planets.

Would that not be a place without the need to waste resources on protecting everything? An entire galaxy just for the Zuguthian Empire, and for the AI, of course. The possibilities...

"We will make an attempt at recalibrating the wormhole gate orbiting Zuguth, to try and establish a wormhole connection to your galaxy. Or, if you don't mind waiting a month or two, we could give you the schematics to make a wormhole gate yourself, which could then be connected to ours. That would be the most stable option.
