@ Proto I dont get your point against schedules, and as I said you really don't have a choice (you can try to do without it but as I said you will fail) .

Also @ Vinyl beleive me a month into it you'd be glad your share would be like 2 vids per week or such , especially during studies and exam seasons, its now during summer vac you talk big but I do wish you from the depth of my heart to maintain that attitude when the next year rolls in.

Well I've got some big releases coming up, which should make up for lack of youtube money for a short while.

Different sorts of videos have different production times, which means schedules need flexibility.

Ofc you take that into consideration but even then ppl WILL NEED TO KNOW when its out, When Freddie Wong makes a short every two weeks (yeah they moved to two weeks now) its still a schedule, its fine if it takes more time.

Protos Dev work will probably be pretty erratic so we could just throw that in at anytime, Game series should have some semblance of pattern to keep people interested.

Might be worth making backup content in case we miss a schedule.

Or notify people when a video takes longer to make than expected.

Well as I said we are not a company its fine if we slide off or something and no need to worry about that but in general keep some sort of structure.

We could make weekends regular times, with weekday work going into a weekend release.

If we make a blog or something saying what we are working on and when we expect it to be out, that should be fine.

LPs can be recorded in a few big sessions then released periodically.

Well Id prefer in most cases to release the content for that specific day rather than big recording sessions considering the time and stuff.

Right anyway in gonna setup a few ground rules for video posting.
1.Put your name in the title E.G Vinyl plays, Tell Plays, like we're doing now. (If it's a group then put Futurcraftplays or all your names if you want)
2.Put a description. People are not going to watch videos with no description.
3.Keep the vids =<30 minutes if possible, 40 at most. If it's a big special whatever cut it into hour segments.
