The Treaty of Aquaria has been transmitted to the Strigiforme, and Lord Admiral Rahn awaits their response aboard the diplomatic ship Aquila over Aquaria.

Bill the gate guard woke up from his little nap to his colleague, Tara, slamming the door open and stepping inside the room.
"Hey Bill, there's some naked-ass girl slamming at the gate. I tried to tell her that this gate is currently closed and ask her to use one of the other ones, I tried to offer her some clothes, food, but she just keeps giving me a blank expression and goes back to slamming at the gate."

Bill took the news with the calmness of one who has seen stranger things in his long career as a gate guard, and went to see for himself.
"Yup, that's a butt naked crazy-lookin' lady all right. Let her in, see what she wants."

The large gate opened, and the girl walked inside. She turned to the two gate guards.
