The MQR would allow for a decommissioned Mobocarrier to be exhibited at your new museum if you can supply the facilities to house it.
I suggest constructing a seperate hall for it, have it fly there and land in the open hall on its own power, then remove all remaining technology that was left on-board for transportation services and finish the hall by adding the roof. It is in a condition that would allow for visitors to enter the ship and walk around in it if air conditioning (simply connect the ship's pre-existing air ducts to a ventilation system built into the building) is supplied.

COnstruction speed is being slowed because resources are being put elsewhere. Command has asked for more 2 fleets [more or less 400 ships] until the end of the year. That quota is almost impossible,but its a long term goal.

The government announced that the entire First Armada has been recycled, and the components are now being used to construct new ships at a vastly accelerated pace.

Colony 17, a desert mining planet, has had troubles with two rival gangs fighting each other for a couple years now, and the fighting does not seem to calm down.
The military hasn't intervened yet because it is not our fight, and the gangs haven't hurt any civilians, mines or other structures. It is, however, becoming quite an annoyance, and has increased pirate activity in the area, so discussions about what to do with the situation have started. It would be easy to destroy their bases with orbital bombardment and then send ground troops to clean up the rest, but laws are unclear regarding this kind of situation.

The MQR has finally lowered itself back down to DEFCON 4.

Large quantities of Chaos Emeralds are being delivered to the Gaia cannon. This has not happened during times of peace as of yet.

A Mobocarrier has been brought to the drydocks for heavy refitting. The refit will include a full overhaul of most systems, including power, making the ship purely psionic.
the weapons loadout will also be drastically changed and hangars are being re-organized to fit manned fighters rather than drones. This is a very extensive process and will propably take a while.
A Novan Battlecarrier that has been delivered to the MQR in hull-form has been almost completely outfitted with MQR psionic systems. It will be the first ship using the new dual power system design where both psionic and electronic systems are present and cooperate in order to minimize the results of system failure.

The 1st Fleet has been retrofitted.

The Caeser has established the colony in the Emperor's Child system. Imperial Guard troop transports and an Imperial Navy battlegroup are inbound to secure the system. Construction ships are also inbound to fortify the system.
