You're not finding the cloaked ships, they already jumped away. Nobody knows they existed in the first place, it's too close to the other fleets in the first place, and they ARE NEOROMAN SHIPS (but not NeoRoman).

You're honestly not finding them. Besides, they're using the most advanced cloaking technology and anti-psionic detection in the galaxy. They were prepared for this contingency.

Also, with the NR defensive screen you're not tracing the firepower. Just saying. This was meticulously planned; it doesn't come down that easily.

Instead, say the MQR fleet just discovers some leftovers of psionic disturbance, but nothing significant enough to inform the others about it, and jump homewards for further investigation.

Also, "I wave my hands therefore ship is invisible" tech is... ridiuclous, even beside what we have here. So if they fired, they were detectable (not that many people would have detected them; Strigiforme, for example, have Shite Sensor Systems(TM), so they probably saw SFA).

You have to remember that they are literally NeoRoman ships, using NeoRoman weapons and NeoRoman IFF's and signatures. Very quite literally.

Also advanced cloaking *cough Darkstar cough,* so i'm fine with you having an inkling of it being there.

The operator picked up the communicator as the sensors registered a new contact. NeoRoman. Several of them. Unusual. "NeoRoman ships, this is Deep 9 control," he said. "Please respond with ID codes, security clearance, and purpose of visit." He listened for a minute. No response. "NeoRoman ships, this is Deep 9, please respond with ID codes, clearance, and purpose." Again, no response. The ships were much closer. "NeoRoman ships, you are not cleared to enter an approach vector at this time. Respond with ID codes, clearance, and purpose." There was no response again. He sighed and switched transmitter channels. "We have a situation. Multiple NeoRoman ships inbound and they're not responding to hails."

"What?" replied the other end. "NeoRoman ships are-" the channel was cut off, and an explosion shook the station. The lights in the control room flickered and the operator stood up and looked at the monitor.

The ships were firing at them.

OOC:I would like to remind you that I got through Darkstar stealth without problems in the first battle and that having "the most advanced psionics in the galaxy" without being me is just ridiculous, I would like to remind you that the MQR and its predecessors have litterally centuries of a lead in psionic engineering. Any computer-aided strategic system would have picked them up as they uncloaked and notified litterally anyone of their presence.
However, I am letting you off with it, but just because you appearently need them for plot device reasons.

Correction: they are using psionic countermeasures but not much, but mainly they were obscuring themselves using the NR fleet, like hiding a lightbulb in a floodlight. Sure, you'll see it, as long as it's not in the way of the floodlight. Meant only cloaking, not anti-psionic stuff. And detect- everything sensors that nobody can stop is a bit overpowered a well; the only things giving off psionic signatures are really life-forms, not ships, unless it's a psionic device.

The AI's fleet has constructed scout ships which have left the Alpha Leonis system, destination unknown. When the AI was asked about it she responded that they "had no destination" and that their purpose was to "Explore everything." This information has been transmitted to the TFA.

During a routine patrol, a small group of Hexalani ships located a barely functional unmanned vessel broadcasting Solari IFFs lodged in part of a hulk of unknown origin. The otherwise unknown craft was recovered by the crews and taken to a classified research station for analysis.

Reporting the capture of the craft the AI requested that the self destruct of the craft be activated. The craft was destroyed in an explosion.

Earlier today the Hexalani frigate Sinful Mourner was destroyed under unknown circumstances, no survivors, however reports do not indicate an internal failure as the cause. Investigators are still trying to find out why.

Space distorted and shifted as a fleet appeared in the middle of space. Composed of about 20 ships, it slowly began to approach the border station. At this distance from the star, the ships were not well lit. One of the ships turned and it's hull was briefly illuminated by the sun; the NeoRoman insignia reflected off of it.

Unconfirmed reports say that the Deep 9 Resort was hit by hostile forces earlier today. According to our sources an explosion shook the station, but they are unclear on how many died during the attack. Reports claim between two and two hundred deaths. Medical and police ships are being sent to aid and investigate the attack.

Okay so you've heard of the attack on that new fancy casino, right? I know what you're all thinking. Oh no, terrorists, hide yo kids, hide yo wife, the nice and friendly government must be devastated!! Well to hell with that. The news are, as usual, holding back the truth. See, there have been these recent military events, right? Lots of factions gathering for a friendly, non-hostile little war. Well some ships must've been a little less non-friendly, cause an MQR ship and one of our own battlecruisers violently exploded, right there in the middle of all the fun and games. No one saw the attackers but I know it's the same guys who later attacked the Deep 9, just as hidden.
Now, I'd love to say it was the owls, but they just don't have that kind of stealth. And those darkstar guys wouldn't turn on us. So we'll just have to face the hard, cold truth: The government did it. The Zuguthian Space Navy, with super secret high-tech gear straight from the TechTron test labs, are turning on us and preparing to remove everything they don't like. They even destroyed their own ship to divert attention. And let's face it: They can't let those new fancy Andromeda colonies, nor the entire new fucking planet they fixed, stay empty, and so they are doing everything to get people there. But with the Deep 9 drawing attention with celebrities and all that, who wants to do anything else than just watch it? So that's why they attacked it, and they will do it again. And I'm telling you, it's yours truly who is next on the block.

Soon,the message was spread out. In the middle of all the mess,the entire Darkstar fleet vanished,cloaking and fading away

Aparently,they made a full retreat from the wargames.
