PSR J1748-2446ad is a neutron star located some 18000 lightyears away from us. It has about twice the mass of Sol and a radius of 16 kilometers. That's sixteen, not a typo. It rotates on its axis 716 times a second, which means the equator is moving at about 24% of the speed of light. Surface gravity is about 10^11 times Earth standard.

Depends how big the singularity is, if it's a relatively low massing one then it would 'evaporate' relatively quickly.
