BIC: The members of Project Blackstar donned their military police uniforms and stepped out of the shuttle. They made their way toward the elevators, where they split up. Three members would make their way to cut the power to Training Center 4. The other 2 would take the elevator up, and kill anyone that tried to stop them until they got to Tellaeya.
*10 minutes later*
The 2 operators stepped out of the elevator and looked around. A guard looked up at them and said, "May I see your clearance, please?" One of the 2 operators, the woman, stepped toward the guard and said, "Sure, here it is," As she said this, the man stepped around the guard and slit his throat, covering his mouth as he did so. He raised his comms device to his mouth, "Cut the power." In the training center, lights went out and simulations winked dark. The 2 operators began to run, blending into the crowd of security and trainees as they headed toward Tellaeya's room. When they got their, the man sent the door flying with a psionic burst. The 2 operators virtually flew into the room, they were moving so fast. They quickly cut down Tellaeya, and the simulation specialists who were about to exit the room. They then set explosives in the room, and rejoined the crowd outside. The power came back on, and they rode down to the hangar level, where all 4 of the operatives boarded the transport and exited the station, this time posing as the guards that they were "replacing." 30 seconds later, after they had warped away, the explosives blew up and incinerated everything in the room, including Tellaeya's body.

Pegasus is enroute to Aerila, and the final fitting of the PHR/X cannon is underway.

Jahgrin boarded his cruiser as he received a priority message from the station. "What is it?" he asked as the ship undocked and he entered the bridge.

"Tellaeya was just assassinated along with the simulation specialists."

"What? Who?"

"We don't know, we're trying to figure out what's going on."

"Order a complete lockdown of the entire station! Nobody gets off or on without my permission!"

"Yes sir." The channel clicked off. Jahgrin mounted the bridge. He looked out the bridge window and spotted a ship moving away from the station before jumping away. He narrowed his eyes. "Do we have a jump drive lock on that ship?" he asked, slightly furiously.

"Yes sir. Want me to feed it into the navigation coordinates?"

"Yes. Follow that ship!" Jahgrin picked up a communicator and signaled the Antioch Defense Fleet, as well as the Valereia. "This is L. Jahgrin. We have a situation developing and we don't have much time. Valereia, I request that you follow us. The third regiment of the Antioch Defense Fleet is ordered to follow us as well." He shut the channel off. After a few seconds, the ship entered subspace after the transport ship; the third regiment quickly followed.

OOC: One does not simply sneak onto an extremely high-security NeoRoman station without being detected.

"I heard. Combat stations. Set condition Alpha throughout the ship. Run drives up, and begin tandem jumps. Park us on top of that transport."

"Aye, commander." responded her XO, giving the required orders. Shortly thereafter, the ship jumped, the odd contortion of space fading.

"Commander, subspace contact. Matches the transport ship, and it's approaching fast."

"Bring scramblers online, see if we can pull them into realspace. Shields to full, and bring weapons to alert status. Guns, if they appear, hit the engines first, but try to minimize casulaties."

The ship turned in space, emitting subspace distortions intended to push vessels into normal space.

The MQR Andromeda exploration force has returned, having crossed 127 systems, of which 41 have a total of 63 colonizable planets, 23 of which are inhabited by life, with a total of 12 sentient species registered on psionic sensorics. There were 8 FTL-capable cultures, of which 2 declared interest in becoming part of the MQR, 4 want to join the GSI and/or the GSA, 1 has started a war on contact and 1 is divided into smaller factions, keeping them from taking part in interstellar politics. The two cultures interested in joining the MQR and 1 of the ones applying for GSI and GSA membership have high rates of psionic capabilities. All diplomatic requests are currently being transmitted to Novus and NeoRome respectively for further review, including all available data about the peoples of the applicants. However, it is suggested to further engage in diplomatic contact before making a decision.

Research: The Hadron Cannon,while being powerful,need to be upgraded.Many Scientists are on it,trying to improve his already impressive efficiency.

REsearch 2 : Sub-space drives are being worked on. While not being very powerful as the standard FTL drive,the Sub-space drive can be more cheap.

In simple terms, subspace is an n-dimensional tunnel between one point in the universe and another. A vessel can travel through this tunnel in a matter of minutes, making a journey that might otherwise take decades or even centuries at light speed.
A jump drive causes a ship to vibrate in multiple dimensions until its modulations are in perfect synchronization with the subspace continuum. A vortex opens, creating an aperture from an infinitesimally small point in the cosmos, enabling the vessel to cross the subspace threshold.

Military : Ship production is at full power,with 10 or so ships being produced per month.

REAPER Training Project is being reactived. While brutal to the trainees,creates a very powerful team of operatives.

OOC, there's a fair few species there, Ivan. AFAIK almost as many in one sector as the entire milky way, mind if I tone it back a bit? 3 species, maybe, 1 of which is aiming for the MQR, 1 sttrted a fight, and 1 aiming for the GSA/GSI?

@LS seems fine, but people are already using the term subspace, and although I don't know how one would traverse through it, doing so would be the exact opposite of stealth, because subspace is where everyone is looking for jump signatures in the first place. Also I am pretty sure that's not how you do it. Try http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Subspace that's pretty much what we're using here.
Also 'hundreds of ships per month' is when the entirety of the GSI dedicates all of their shipyards to building nothing but frigates and corvettes with unlimited supplies.

@Error MQR explorations are very efficient in finding sentient life, due to psionic long-range sensors, allowing them to easily pick out planets where they suspect life, so it is entirely realistic that they were able to explore most species in a sector in a rather short ammount of time, because they could just leave out most lifeless systems, giving them more time to actually communicate with sentient life.

The AI has created a moderately small vehicle that appears to be propelled by four smallish cylinders located on the corners of the vehicle, parallel to each other. It has a mechanical arm that appears to be used to grab small metal pieces to bring to the central AI unit. When questioned the AI said that it's purpose was to gather materials to make more drones. The AI also requested some rubber, which has been provided.

@LS subspace and warp are the most unstealthy forms of FTL, next to jump drives. Hyperdrives ca be fairly quiet, though.

The Project Blackstar team, through psionics, realized that they were being followed. They weren't heading for Deep Space 1 anyway. They were heading to a rendezvous with a Hermes frigate. "Shit..." one of them muttered. Then they got yanked out of warpspace.
The transport exited FTL, violently. The whole ship seemed to be ripping apart.


Back at the transport, the Blackstar team started taking stock of their situation. FTL incapable, only 2 engines functioning properly, and the reactor was operating at 30%. The officer sighed. "Well... we've been compromised. Turn your suits to "incinerate" if you go down, you'll be gone. Nothing left. Don't worry, you'll be back at Deepspace 1 before you know it."

Except that's not counting all the minor species that don't have their own faction and at some point in history were assimilated into other (mostly human and Strigiforme) factions.

The AI scrapped the old drone, and reproduced 2 smaller copies, each has it's transport cylinders coated in rubber. Examining the room for radio waves indicates transmissions between the AI and each of the drones, as well as the drones themselves. *more asspullage about AIs*
