Water Platform Creation - What it says on the tin. The user can create platforms, stairs or a stable ground to halt the downward pull of gravity, as transportation, etc. using water.
Thought Manipulation - The ability to alter, destroy and otherwise manipulate the thoughts and memories of others.
Anthropomorphism - The ability to give non-human creatures or inorganic items anthropomorphic traits.
Molecular Acceleration - The power to speed up molecules until they either catch fire or melt.
Living Anomaly - The power to escape the rules of reality. (This, my friends, is what we in the business call 'win'.)

So no ability to manipulate the whole universe like taking a tick. All the element stuff is allowed though.

We could always adjust some of the powers, Greek god physiology could just mean your really buff. stuff like law changing doesn't have to work omnipotently.
