I honestly hate the design of the Serenity, it's ugly coated ugly with ugly filling.

Yeah, again, Tiel, I'm really not seeing it. Everything you've said here would apply to just about any ship in science fiction, and to most of them better than it does to Serenity. If you say you don't like it because you think it's ugly, that's all well and good, although I'll disagree. Spending multiple posts trying to present evidence that it looks like a * is really weird, though. I'm gonna point to the Tantive IV again here. Imagine it on your gif of the crotch guy. It would look much more like a * than Serenity does in that situation, and without giant engines on the side that you have to photoshop out.

The things you're talking about on Serenity extend from the center of the ship, so I'd say Tantive IV's engine block resembles testicles at least as closely as Serenity's thrusters. Not that that's saying much, mind you, as neither one looks anything like a testicle, but surely they're roughly equal.
