Fr0st is not allowed to use SCP-294 to request a "cup of memetic orgasm" then post it on the forum.
-Addendum: nor is he permitted to request a cup of "Dear God no".
Fr0st is not allowed to claim "FC is done", then link said cup of memetic orgasm from off site.

Fr0st is not allowed to start a "FC Demolition Derby, starring Iv, Tiel, Fenway, Ivan, and Solar". Not even in an attempt to terminate [snowdrift].

He is most definirely not allowed to start a drinking contest between him and Cass. Not even if he is sure he can win.

As amusing as the Explosive Urination incident was, taunting Demon Baby with a playboy magazine is right out.

Fr0st is denied access to Area 52. Nor is he permitted to use [bedroom] on it.

He is to refrain from using his "Hammer" as a "Tool of negotiation".
-Addendum: "The Anvil" is also forbidden on the forum.
