Border crossing is stupid especially since the north of Brazil is the god damned amazon. You'd probably have better luck hopping a boat as crew and heading north. Go to like Puerto Rico or the Bahamas and live there.

I'm sure there are plenty of ship captains who wouldn't mind cheap workforce, and I don't think brazilian ship captains care too much about paperwork and legal stuff.
