I'd take the 'logistics and infrastructure' department, which basically puts me in charge of mining, construction, supply and other similar operations.

First of all, I suggest we install a large radio telescope on the far side of the moon (no interference from terran radio waves) and have scientists on earth pay lots of money for its usage.
Also we need to adress the problem with the USA being a * about our claims on the moon. While the US are not capable of effectively attacking us, an embargo would cut us off from most supplies from earth, as 9/10 private spaceflight companies are located there.

As a result, We need to make ourselves independent form earth on the matters of all vital resources.

As MoH and temporary PM lf the Martian Republic, you've overthrown jack, Vinyl.

And we are open to trade and such with the Lunar Empire. You keep paws off our turf, we stay off yours, fair?
(I think Fen's the leadin' candidate for president on Mars, but jury's still out.)

I've found an error in you're plan... You say you'll nuke North Korea? What makes you think anyone will care? Screw North Korea. I had an attack drill in school today because of North Korea and it scared the hell out of me.
