Mark stolled up the shuttle's ramp, closing it behind him. Falling into the command chair, he sighed. Diplomacy was far too sugarcoated. He preferred the bluntness of the Novan parilament...at least the meal was good.

A rustle behind him opened his eyes. A diminutive humanoid dropped down from the bunk above, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. She slumped into a chair and gazed at him muzzily.

"He said yes?"

"Indeed. He'll see you as soon as the other diplomats are finished there," sighed Markus, pulling his naval cap over his eyes and leaning back. "But in the meantime, I intend to rest. Judging from your appearance, you seem more fortunate than I with that endavour."

The Aurin shrugged. "You were occupied; I was bored. Besides, you said not to touch anything, so ehat else could I do?"

The old man sighed. "Fair enough. Though I should cation you, the old owl seems paranoid. He has psi-soldiers around, and those may cause problems."

The rabbit-eared alien smiled. "Paranoid? Interesting..."

A small NeoRoman fleet guarding a massive cargo transport (Dreadnought sized) approached the rendezvous location of the Novum fleet. As it neared, several smaller ships undocked from it and began extracting cargo containers from the side of the ship. They ferried them over to the Novum fleet where they opened the containers, revealing weapons and devices of all kinds. A small transmission.

"We apologize for the lack of a shipyard," the ship relayed. "This will take a week or two, unfortunately, since we don't have any spare capacity in the Dylarian Shipyard to help you out." The massive cargo-ship slowed down and stopped some distance from the fleet. "We will need to take detailed scans of your vessels to discern the best way to install the power systems and other components necessary for the upgrade. At best, we will simply need to lift a few panels. At worst, we may need to rip up significant portions of a ship."

And one final transmission; "Normally an upgrade on this scale would take months, depending on the resources and facilities available. We are attempting to cut down on this time; no less than 2 refitting drones will be assigned to every ship. To this end, we're bringing in two more Leviathan Constructors in the next few hours. Each one has approximately 150 drones, which will more than adequately compensate for the lack of a shipyard."

Description of SDI Ryytils soldier; a long, wide, flat insectoid body with natural chitin armour(better description earlier on). They are also equipped with armour plates that have both standard protective capabilities as well as psionic deflection plating. They are given a lightweight rifle, but their primary weapons are their inherent psionic abilities, filling a role long left open by the 1-in-a-billion psionic positive birthrate of the Strigiforme. Their homeworld is in the Triangulum galaxy, and is heavily guarded by both local forces and SDI forces.

Envoy lefted off the pad, soaring skywards until it reached space. Locking in the course, Markus punched the jump button and the small vessel vanished into FTL.

More details were released today regarding the bioaugmentation project. In addition to the neuronervous enhancements made, the augmentation allowed a non-psionic a degree of telekinesis.

Apparently, the volunteer can only move very small objects, but there seems to be no limit to how many of these objects can be manipulated at once. Details can be provided to any GSA nation who requests them.

In other news, a new kind of military androids are about to be introduced to the Zuguthian military forces.

Well its hard to call it canon, I told long ago that this place is crazy but I guess you could say it about this place as whole ... still this place is crazy !

To the Zuguthians:

The "Argus" Biological Augmentation Project has successfully managed to alter the genetic struture of a volunteer. This alteration includes adding on a set of extra structures, which allow the altered one to perform a series of simple but useful tasks. Most notably, telekinesis. As stated, telekinetics modified this way can only lift >5 grams weight, but there is no limit to the number of these objects lifted or moved.

The genetic sequencing does have side effects, including slight muscle atrophy (easily corrected with medications), and occasional bouts of fatigue. We are sending technical details of the alterations on a side channel.

Also experimented with is empathy, or contact telepathy. Both volunteers we have tested this, and confirmed they could sense others' emotions at a distance, and stated they could tell what was being thought, in a general sense, upon contact. Details of this are being witheld until the process is proven safe.

This is the best we have for an RP at all.
There may be no strict rules or format, but it is the current main RP.
If you don't want to participate, it automatically means that your faction has done a total of nothing during this time.
It is likely that further empire RPs (once this dies) will continue from where this left off.
That's how it works, if you think it should work otherwise, feel free to complain, but please make a seperate thread for that. However, I doubt you'd change much.

Also, Error, I don't understand, is the Envoy your vessel that just a minute ago was parked on Cuuyth or some other thing you never mentioned? Because it makes little sense if it was the one at Cuuyth, because you were just right now waiting for the Strigiforme to ask you and your 'companion' back in...

Sorry, forgot to mention. Envoy is PM Markus' personal shuttle, and I enacted the Strigiforme/Aurin chat with him in the chatbox, so that was a thing. I posted their departure after we did the thing. We found out Owls are a tad self-centered, among other things, and the Aurin escaped death, which is cool.

Empire RPs in here are pretty inconsistent lore-wise and the way some of them ended Im glad they are ... Eventually every time they start a new RP they start it from scratch because recapping all that happened in over 200 pages of lore will be just too big of a pain. There are some guidelines that are born as to the nature of the species participating in it but no event records remain, linking all the RP events together will simply be impossible.

From what I gather, this RP is mid to late 2760s, and the FC canon starts at around 2050ish. Sound good?
