I know nothing about politics, as I have stated before, but I guess the Norwegian health care system is all right and the American *insert pretty much anything here* system sucks.

And UK are banning * what when did that happen? They do realize it won't work, right?

It's pretty easy. Any website has a tag that states its purpose/content. Those tags are the same for all websites with the same purpose, so you can just make all websites with the tag 'pornography' unaccessible though british internet providers. Think of it as a nationwide proxy.
At least that would be the simplest way, but keep in mind that such a system would still allow NSFW-blogs to slip past, as they would be labled as 'blog' instead of 'pornography', resulting in them not being picked up by the filter.

I would never report in the style of Fox News, and I do not know about MSNBC, but I will stay professional and only report facts.
(Keep in mind that reporters get paid for published articles though, so I will have to make stuff sound exciting/shocking to get by, but I try to stay as neutral as possible and always portray all perspectives available to me. If you notice my news agency being judgemental, that was the editor.)
