I've decided to write a story. I'm completely lost on the title so suggestions are welcome.

Untitled story
Re: Untitled story
You name something only when you've completed it, a farewell to a ship before you send her for her first sailing. Also its interesting to see how you write it in real time.

Ideas so far
Simplicitatis: Simple worlds.
Worlds in a Simplicitatis state can be modified by anyone in that world.
Gods
The Infinitus War. (Major plot)
Praecantatio: Mana like substance that is used when making worlds
Complex worlds generate Praecantatio while simple ones do not.

Re: Untitled story
What's the act of travelling between universes called? A title should be simple and short, with few complex adjectives and nouns. They set the tone of the piece, so it should reflect its overall theme without being restrictive or giving too much away (not like the title could be a summary, you just want to add a kind of implied mysteriousness). Since it's not part of a sequence or series, I'd advise against something like "The Infinitus War" since it's a specific thing in the thing, even if it is a major plot point. Also use of Latin is kind of cliched.
"Simple Worlds" wouldn't be a bad placeholder for a title, actually.

Well I don't particularly care about cliches
Re: Untitled story
\And don't ever care about them. If you are going to write a story while thinking if that name was already taken or that idea was already used you won't be able to complete a single chapter. There is nothing wrong in using cliches, what people complain about when they talk about cliches is not actually the cliches themselves, but the following of a plot-line they're familiar with and so they already know whats going to happen, but is that really the case with your story ? That is what you should think of.
