You request some GM to translate basically any encrypted message in this thread, at a cost of a point, you can also post encrypted stuff will it be a new weapon or a secret attack on the enemy in this format at a cost of a specOps point. Battle plans when two armies clash are free but you can still request a decryption of those at a cost of a point.

D'laria is now ruler, and it was kept from public knowledge that D'riqnar was killed; and they were fed some information about him escaping to another galaxy to rejoin the Ayleids. This is the character from the Desolation RP, I decided my ruler wasn't insane enough and replaced him with a madwoman.

The EE government has put forth a new law according to which firearm ownage and wielding is allowed, but only on the following terms:

a) The person who wants to own/wield a gun has to be above a certain age (possible is 14,16,18 or 21). This age is defined by the gun itself.

b) The person who wants to own/wield a gun must have a reason to need a gun. Those can be:
- an occupation as a hunter
- a membership in a registered shooting range which is visited regularily (at least every two weeks under normal circumstances)
- an employment in a private security service
b1) Alternatively to giving a reason, one can also agree to join a local militia (which are run by all military bases in the EE) to help defend the EE against possible invaders.
In that case, one is to sign up for militia membership before requesting a permission to wield the weapon.

c) One has to pass a test (subsequent to a training) in which one has to prove that one is capable of operating the desired weapon properly and securely.
the testing commitee is to be consisting of
-a representant of the weapon manufacturer to valididate usage in accordance with the weapon model
-a military weapons instructor to valididate the ability of using the weapon efficiently
-a government-approved savety expert to valididate the ability of using the guns without endangering anyone except the target.

d) One has to keep the proof given after the test with one at all times while bearing and/or transporting the weapon.

Due to that law, the following two effects occur:
1)Due to the new Militia system, the military is relieved and thus can apply their resources more effectively (requesting increase of military points)
2)Arms manufacturing increases drastically (requesting increase of economy points)

Due to recent Loyalty purges, 97% of the Strigiforme Empire's population are in full support of the government. Due to reeducation camps, almost all of the non-Strigiforme population is fanatically loyal to the Strigiforme Empire. Due to being raised from birth in a hyper-nationalistic fervor, all youth are fanatically loyal to the Strigiforme Empire. I feel this requires a Civilian points upgrade.

The Solar plant is complete. The energy price in the local systems lowers 10%.
Construction of the border defense systems are complete. This should serve as a advanced warning system to incoming invasions or as a fiscalization method to incoming freighters.

The passage of the new law labelled the "Militia Law" has now boosted weapons production all over EE. The new law is predicted to reduce crime rates due to the increased chance to get shot in the face. This allowed the EE military to allocate more manpower to front line affairs. However the reliance on militia for rear protection has reduced the command efficiency of the military as well as the government's grasp over the citizens.

That's bullshit. There's only one mention of the ship a few pages ago, and its the ship undocking. There are no production logs. The military spending is valid, but no supership.
