Backstory: Once sent to Space Station 13, Its gone now nothing but a bunch of scrap metal because of him and some 'help'. But he is completely bald from that...thing.
NT froze him in a attempt to control him.

Abilities and skills: Has a varied skill set, the strongest being some first aid, mechanical skills and very simple electronics.

Flaws: Varied skills, but not too good at most of them.

Backstory:
Worked as a janitor assistant on a hospital, picked up some medical skills from the doctors.
Used to read various books and websites as a hobby, so he knows a little about a lot.

He used to be pretty interrested in apocalyptic scenarios, so he did quite a bit of reading on some skills that could be useful. Pretty wide area though, so he didn't catch up too much of it other than those listed.

Deep in the midst of the cold storage unit, several cryo-pods began to give off steam, and began to rise and rotate, each one contained a life form, however, they pods had been there for much longer than their intended time, as a result, several of the organism had already died.

One of these organisms was Subject Zero, an experiment carrier out by UGF scientists to try and revive a long dead race of extraordinary alien beings, which had been almost entirely successful.

The cryo-pod containing Zero began to open up, it's casing sliding off to reveal a glass tube filled with fluid, the fluid drained out of the tube, leaving only Zero's body.

The tube parted in the middle, and swung open in two parts, an electric shock was administered to the life-form inside to re-activate it, the supports on Zero were withdrawn, and he fell out of the tube, landing hard.

Zero had just about come to, when the pod next to him discharged a horrific, rotting dead body onto the floor next to him.

In a secure wing of the cold storage facility one of the last criminal containment pods began to shutdown. In case of a system failure a fail-safe measure was to deactivate all criminal pods before any civilian pods could be, but due to military and government involvement and several computer glitches across the centuries certain subjects were exempted from this and where saved from a cold starvation.
This leads to the present where a series of computer glitches has lead to the shutdown and accidental thaw of the pod 276 container of Vita de Arbor.

Several dieing lights attempts to brighten the room as a giant of hand cuffed man drops to the floor in the standard grey uniform of military prisoners.
"Well shit at least there isn't an mp around."

In the Level 50 Security Wing, one of the 10 cryo pods started the thawing process. When it opened, the occupant fell out, but caught himself. Subject 1X was released. He immediately stood up and took in his surroundings. As he did this, he tested out his arm-pistol. It morphed well, but it was out of ammunition. David then approached the door and began hacking the keypad.

When Ron was brought back to life, he was in a state of confusion. Then he started remembering who he was and what situation he was in.
The first thing he did was to check if his friend, Marty, was ok. He turned to his left, discovering a mostly rotted away corpse lying on the floor.

All around him, pods were opened. Some containing living individuals, others containing skeletons and rotten corpses.
"I have a feeling something bad is happening," he thought to himself. "If it hasn't already happened."

Jack picked himself up after falling onto the floor. He takes in his surroundings he spies several pods opening mostly dead, rotting corpus but a few were alive. He see's Zero across the room.

"Hmm...This is bad. Oi! Zero do you know what's going on?"

He starts walking toward him.

Subject 1X finished hacking the keypad. As he walked out, he tried to remember what had happened. He could only remember his name and what he was able to do. He spotted two organisms. Their pods read "Zero" and "Jack". David immediately put his (figurative) guard up. He didn't know who these people were, and he would treat them as such. Before he started walking, he spied a locker with ammunition for handguns. He loaded his pistol, and took 2 spare magazines. He then approached cautiously and said, "Does anyone know what happened or where we are?"

"Who the hell are you?" Zero replied, immediately powering up his psychic batteries, upon sensing the armed stranger.

"I don't know where we are, last thing I knew I was in Outpost 19, but this isn't it, what I do know is we were in storage, now kindly put your weapon away, I can fry your brain faster than you can shoot" (note, Zero can't at this point, he doesn't know his powers have decreased)

"Phi, get a scan of the surroundings"

"Phi?"

Zero checked the metal plate on his head, there was no activity, he mentally probed it, but nothing was there, Phi had seemingly died.

"I'm afraid I can't tell you where we are, but I suggest we find out"

Vita has spent the last ten minuets trying to get out of his cuffs, and having no such luck begins to make his way to the door. Upon arriving he finds the door locked and with his hands still bound in their shackles he goes with the only sane plan and begins bashing away on the heavy steel door with his cuffs.
