Ponies: An equine, non-anthropomorphic species divided into 4 subgroups and an off-branch, the Changelings

Earth Ponies: Stronger than average, but have difficulties at operating complec machines, resulting in machines designed for ponies usually just having one big "on" and another big "off" button.
Pegasi: Weaker than Earth Ponies, but faster and can use wings for object manipulation (don´t ask, their wings evolved differently than bird wings) and flight. Some are even known to have broken the sound barrier.
Unicorns: Can use psionic abilities (AKA "magic") in order to manipulate objects, even weaker than Pegasi.
Alicorns: Extremely rare, these ponies feature wings as well as very strong psionic abilities, sometimes even strong enough to move celestial bodies, which is important to Equestrian culture, as both the planet Equestria as well as Equestria's moon are in unstable orbits held in place only be Alicorn powers.

Changelings: It is unknown how those insectoid beings similar to normal ponies came to be, but either way, they are capable of shape-shifting, flight and low levels of psionic manipulation. Their Queen is rumored to work for the EE secret service, which denies her employment fiercely.

New race: Mobians.
Measuring only about an average size of about 1 meter, their heads look rediculously large compared to their bodies, as they still feature a brain the size of a human's. They come in many sub-races which, surprisingly, are all interbreedable. There also is a lot of colour variation in the fur/feathers of Mobians.

Added new races.

When you go make descriptions, remember to explain how much pain resistance your race has and how long they live. Additional information is at your discretion.

Was just going to edit this in, but I should probably run this past first

Biomechs are a combination of mechanical and biological parts, governed by a very sentient AI. Biomechs vary massively, from small dog sized recon units to humongous ship sized heavy lifting rigs. Many rely on a semi organic nervous system, and either an mechanically enhanced organic brain or an electronic brain. Reproduction is obtained by simply building bodies and inserting a template mind into them, each individual mind developed its own unique personality.
Pain can be felt by Biomechs, as a system to prevent self damage, though they can adjust how much they feel it, but this can be dangerous. Lifetimes can vary from 10 years to a few hundred.

Bio for the Strigiforme(and bonus recipe for roasted pony)

Hailing from a separate, though nearly identical in physical laws, dimension, the Strigiforme are a large avian species. Typically 4-8 meters in height, the Strigiforme possess an extremely nationalistic, xenophobic culture. They are capable of taking extreme damage, even able to survive losing large portions of their bodies due to having secondary vital organs(excluding brain). Strigiformes can live for upwards of 300 years, though they begin to die of old age around 650. Some individuals possess the gene that allows them to secrete highly flammable aerosol in a gland in their upper throat, which can be used to effectively breathe fire. The majority of Strigiformes enjoy roasted ponies with a mildly spicy glaze and a sprinkling of mango juice. The pony is tenderized, then divided into meal sized chunks, which are placed on a grille over a fire for about 15 minutes, then removed and quickly either coated in a spicy pepper sauce and mango juice, or dipped in butter and coated in breadcrumbs. Strigiforme bureaucracy is usually very efficient.

I apologize, but something I'd like to avoid is having new races just thrown in for the heck of it that are basically existing races from other franchises by other names. If we do shamelessly have a trademarked species in here, I'd prefer it to be under the original name (like the ponies and mobians) so that it can be revoked or added based on whether they logically fit into the galaxy. That's why I was hesitant about adding Lightspeed's Voidwalkers.

I was under the impression Darkstar was primarily Human?

Again, though, I said that if you felt they played a significant enough role in the RP you're more than welcome to add them, as I'm well-known for not being the spitting definition of 'impartial'. Catians go by the visage of Khajiits in Skyrim because they're both bipedal cats. Ponies have always been in the RPverse. Same with owls. Heck, the human picture was taken from a game (they are humans, though). I just am not sure where to draw the line here, because I myself am familiar enough with SOASE races to automatically reject the title of Voidwalker you put on the Vasari.

I'll let Fenway decide here.

Ok, I'll do the Skytherian one properly this time:

Image:
Spoiler:
Image
Bio: Skytherians are reptilian creatures, with a unique ability in that their main form of communication is telepathy. Each individual posess their own psychic power, though this is rather weak, unless that individual becomes awakened, though this is extremely rare. Skytherians posess a somewhat durable thick skin, but it won't stop a bullet. Skytherians can have their psychic abilities enhanced by specialist implants. They live to an age of about 200. Skytherians are highly intelligent, though due to their empathic abilities, they generally dislike war, although when pressed they will fight fiercely

Darkstar is primary human. But we have "protectorate" races, that dont achieved space travel but we added to our people.

Humans-Symbionts [Cyberhumans]-Aeons [Psions].
