OOC: video file? 46 was blind, it never saw anything, although you don't have type 2 technology, which is on a higher level to psionic engineering, we only knew such a thing existed by looking at Zero, you may be able to pick up the signal however, as Zero inadvertadly lowered it to a simple psionic transmission, but it doesn't matter anyway, as 46 isn't an alternate version of Luna, it merely knows about her, it is in fact, something much worse, as I am about to explain.

Theta: are you sure the suppression units didn't just fail under strain?

Omega: positive, because if those did fail, 46 would not have been able to move, or register pain, it simply did not have those functions, meaning, either part of Zero's consciousness got in, which may have triggered the latent memories of the brain, meaning that 46 was a mental hybrid of Zero and Luna, but that is very unlikely, because even then, it would not have been able to move, or broadcast such a long range message

Theta: so what was it then?

Omega: what Zero has just told us, has confirmed one of my deepest fears, the moment we brought the two fields together, the type 3 created allowed a certain prescence, to swoop in and take over one of the bodies.

Theta: what kind of prescence?

Omega: to be specific, PRIME-1, or as we called it, O.M.I.C.

Omega: what 46, or should I say PRIME-1 is doing, is trying to get everyone to come and remove us, the planet would survive, which is what it needs

Theta: so why is it broadcasting Hail Frestoria?

Omega: I suspect, that it learned about Luna from the latent memories of the brain, and it likely learned about what the organically will do, and perhaps, about Luna's raw power, I suspect, it is trying to brainwash Luna

"Still the weakling then? It's a pity little Phi couldn't join us, I understand he calls himself Alpha now, but it appears you killed him before I could, and for that I hate you"

Phi whispered into Zero's mind: "what, but I'm here"

"Now, I'm sure you got your little rat friend to decipher my messages, I'm surprised you made this so easy, you left in just enough for me to know whose brain this is, and how to reach them, fools, I designed you better than that, you disappoint me"

"We can still prove our innocence here, don't count on the organics to do your bidding"

"No, you are right there, but even so, you cannot stop me from gaining control of one of the most influential and powerful organics, and besides, they already hate you all, they see you as lifeless machines, they have wanted to destroy you for a long time now"

"False" Omega replied "they are angry with us now for what you told them we have done, you have told them, that Subject 46, the thing you now possess, was a sentient creature with a mind and soul, it wasn't, it is as sentient as a screwdriver, even the organics would be hard pressed to find a moral issue with that"

"Organics are foolish, they'll believe what I say, provided they think I am an alternate Luna, but I can do a very, very convincing impression, especially if I can assume direct control over the original"

"You have us beaten, why are you still here?" Theta asks

"Why, little Theta, because this is no longer about me doing my job, I want revenge, I want to destroy you"

Their Dreadnought was sending random codes to the communication tower on the surface, when suddenly massive tremors were registered from the battlestation. Two gigantic metal plates slid open on the planet, and out berthed an utterly massive ship. The people on the dreadnought began to cheer, until the ship launched a Crimson-red beam at the ship and annihilated it instantly.

At the same time, something was screwing with Hierarch Fenway. He kept feeling impulses to launch an all-out attack on NCSD, of course, given his high training, he could resist it. He suspected Psionic influence, and given the N.C.S.D's message and video logs, he was probably right. But Psionic Disruptors were doing absolutely nothing for him, and nobody knew why.

So, for safety, he temporarily removed himself from command until the psionic interference stopped.

OOC:Most newer EE ships run using psionic computers and have thus been shut down due to the threat by PRIME-1, making the EE vulnerable. However, you don´t know that, as the EE is very secretive about the stats and vulnerabilities of its ships, as is to be expected.

Luckily, none of the Confederation home planets were damaged directly. Anstrilia I was bombarded for about an hour though. Rebuilding is currently underway for the border stations and Anstrilia I.
LOCKOUT Protocol has been lifted
All fleets are ordered to stay within Confederation borders for now. The 1st and 2nd Fleet are assigned to Anstrilia. The 3rd, 5th, and 6th Fleets are assigned to Cyrania. The Home Fleet is being demobilized. It suffered relatively low losses compared to other Confederation fleets.
Sensors have detected a huge amount of psionic activity in the NSCD.

OOC: UGC seems to be intent on turning this roleplay upside down. It's about cold war, not making feel-good diplomacy where everyone farts rainbows and friendship is magic. Elements within your own nation would strongly oppose simply 'making peace' after years of tension and mutual disdain, so thus unless you're a dictatorship that is very much impossible...it's starting to irritate me that people in the SDI have to literally pull plot devices out of thin air to compensate for your ceaseless peacemongering.

That´s not "careless peacemongering". That´s a part of the plot.
The main plot, that is.
Not that pesky little ARK-1 sidestory that wasn´t in the original idea for this arc at all and just exists to satisfy Fenway´s desire for extensive universe and backstory-building.
