Story Arc 2- The Conspiracy

[Professor Fenway]

Hierarch Fenway, deep in the streets of Antioch, kept walking. He was incognito. Though he was being watched overhead by a cloaked ship, ready to come in at any time, it was still dangerous. He had a direct monitoring link between him and the ship, meaning any danger would be realized. Fenway, in his disguise, was utterly unrecognizable. A nobody, in other words. Perfect.

He arrived at the place he was headed for. A very old, run-down factory. It used to produce Hydrogen, but Fenway, after talking to various people on the streets, knew its true purpose. He vaulted the security fence surrounding the front and proceeded to the side, where there stood an old mag-locked door. He pushed it open, to be greeted by two burly security guards. Their presence alone proved that he was at the right place.

"Authorization?" Asked the taller of the two, noticeably gripping the large gauss rifle slung around his shoulder. Fenway ruffled in the large composite coat he wore and brought out a small I.D card. It wasn't valid in NeoRome in any way. It was ancient, old, made of flimsy plastics. On it was a false identity, Jasch E. Renolds. Printed above the name were the words, 'Colossus', after the organization's name, discovered days earlier by a captured operative. Below it was a meaningless bar code, and the branch. It read EE Branch. Fenway showed it to the guard.

"Right here," He said. The guard took it and pulled out an ultraviolet flashlight. He shone it on the card. The bar code lit up in purple, and he nodded.

"EE branch eh? Why are you here?" Fenway was prepared- this meeting was discussing, from what he had procured, trouble between the EE and NeoRome.

"Meeting. Discussing EE and NeoRome."

"Nothing's out of the ordinary here. You may go in." The guard handed the I.D back and Fenway stepped in.

"Sir, there's something on DRADIS," said an operator. A general strolled up to him.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Ship. NCSD configuration." He leaned in closer. "It's cloaked, sir. We only picked it up after nebula movements were analyzed."

"He isn't doing any harm. Let him be. But watch him."

"You seriously think they'll agree to a summit here?" One of the high commanders asked

"Where else is safer, I can foresee a crisis, it is important that we work out what is going on, the leatherbacks did not detect any suspicious activity among any of the nations, aside from a few missiles launched by the Taln, but we can understand that, we would have done the same, if we are to resolve this, we need to get the leaders of all the nations to resolve this with each other, at the moment they are only doing it with those they select"

I suggest a central location in neutral space with every faction being allowed to send a certain ammount of security in shape of ships and guards, so noone can overthrow the meeting.

The Confederation agrees with the EE. The limit for guards/security should be 1 destroyer, or 2 scout vessels, and 4 bodyguards. The center of the galaxy sounds good. Maybe scout the area before the summit though.

That way, anyone who tries to throw the summit will be destroyed, regardless, and brings some good old MAD back, nobody would be able to afford attacking anyone else, plus, no terrorist in their right mind would dare attack the Archetype alone, not to mention all the ships everyone else will bring

We will be sending High Commander Theta in a diplomat body, Commander Omega, and Commanda Phi (zero), Commander Delta will captain the ship

Anyone interested in checking on the construction work can do as they wish as long as they don´t attack it or sabotage the building process or ay EE equipment.

PUBLIC MESSAGE:
The Confederation will be sending Chancellor Bauer's son, Elias Bauer, to the summit. He will be accompanied by 4 shock troopers with light bodyguard equipment. We will also be sending 1 Apollo Class dreadnought, along with 2 Daedalus Class medium cruisers. The Confederation also agrees with Darkstar's statement about a joint UGC/SDI committee for the station.

Internal Affairs:

The CBP stations have been completed, but the ones being constructed by Darkstar CO. are going through the final construction phases. The CBP is now a valid branch of the Confederation Armed Forces.
Project Epsilon has been through it's first tests. The cocktail immediately took effect, with very impressive results. Beginning Project Gamma Foxtrot.
