Theta was still struggling to comprehend what had happened.
He had lost all memory of his behaviour when he was influenced by the virus, and he was relying on data banks and records to fill him in. The part that was most difficult to deal with was the fact that he had murdered his own brother with his own hands.

Tha and there were the annoyingly numerous extinctionist groups making the rounds calling for him to pursue the destruction of all life, like he had done under the virus, Theta had beleived this to be withdrawal symptoms of the virus.

Theta opened a channel to Omega, who was still within a few units of the Lyat system

Fenway was aboard the Ragnarov, headed to the Alpha Cyngi Research Base, when the message came in. He was swift and quickly opened it.

He should have known this would happen. But, as shortsighted as he had been, he hadn't. And now he had to pay the consequences. He looked up and contacted the main council.

"We have a Class XK Imminent War Scenario on our hands. The EE has discovered our attempt at cracking their device. I want the forces ready and all possible war scenarios drafted and submitted to me by the next decacycle!" He clicked it off. He then recorded a message to the EE.
