Ok. Now a clarification:

Outside alliances, such as the Owl Coalition or Equestrian Coalition, do NOT apply specifically to this RP. Instead, these alliances will be decided at the beginning, and save for 'secret' alliances and treaties between nations, will be public.

I will create a post specifically for showing these alliances and diplomatic statuses.

And lightspeed, Ivan is right. Post faction, not alliance. The starting alliances are decided before starting.

Truth be told I'm kinda weary of posting my information. I can see now where Vinyl's coming from with a new faction every other week :P

Nation Name- Taln Protectorate - referring to the space under the protection of Taln. The nucleus of the government is typically referred to as the 'Taln Sovreignty'.

Race- Mainly Tien, some Equine.

Ruler- Political council representing each world within the Protectorate. There is no chairman, etcetera. As decisions must be reached by consensus, they in effect take much longer.

Diplomatic Status- Hostile to Cavnin Nation, on relatively stable terms with Striigiforme, suspicious of all other races.

Foreign Policy- Reclusive, only venturing out to make war when anything interpreted as a slight against them demands it. Are not prone to forming alliances with terran races; are somewhat in xenophobic in that regard.
