After a very long inactivity, the Enigio Militia begins construction of a semi-underground complex near the testing grounds in Vladivistolk, what was Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. The complex is expected to be used for development of new technologies and is a joint military-civilian effort. The primary focus, however, will be military technologies.

The wings are as follows:
Astronomical and Aeronautical - Find ways to put people beyond the grips of Esvildich's (Earth's) land and oceans as well as potentially beyond.
Nautical - Search for answers as to how to make faster, larger, more powerful ships on Esvildich's (Earth's) oceans.
BaseTECH - A civilian research group who are responsible for the improvement of existing Enigio structures and possibilities on how to build stronger, deeper buildings.
Quarters - All personnel are required to remain on-site for the duration of their project, this is where they will sleep.
