Should be operational shortly."

We have recently experienced a dimensional jump, and would wish to further all our Nation's understandings of this system by allowing our on-ship scientists to study it. OOC: Erm, no, Hope is on the Ragnarov to install the interdimensional sensors, but you can reach Ivan on the Halifax, or you just talk to Jeff and/or Hope on the Ragnarov, Jeff should be in the main meeting room and Hope in her room.

BIC: Hope: "What´s going on, sir? I heard people on the walkway talking about something with Strigiforme, what´s going on?"

Fenway denied comm access to Jeff.

Fenway was not surprised by the transition to the Hub. It was essentially transitional space, but he had been here before. He knew Omega was enroute as well, and this did not surprise him. What did surprise him was the arrival of the Strigiforme Fleet. Knowing that this could cause a paradox if handled incorrectly, he scanned their fleet. 6 Quantum states, same universe as the others. He then turned to the communicator. "This is Hierarch Fenway aboard the Ragnarov," he said. A short pause.

"That's impossible," the Strigiforme fleet responded. "Fenway was killed during the evacuation of NeoRoman space, along with the Ragnarov."

"I am not of your universe," Fenway responded. "This is an interdimensional network. Others, though, like Ivan, are from yours."

"This is a network then? Interesting. We must study it." At this, Fenway sighed.

"You know of the Virus, correct? We don't have time to study it."

"It is important for further... what's this?" A pause. Fenway noted a large portal signature on the sensors- as he planned, it was interrupting the useless conversation. He typed in a few commands, sent it to several crystals, and looked back at the fleet.

"It's a portal. We're being sent somewhere." A sphere of energy opened in front of them, and began increasing in size. "I'd go in."

"Negative Fenway, we have no business beyond that portal."

"Suit yourself." Fenway turned off the communicator. "Enter that portal." The Ragnarov accelerated and entered the expanding energy field, closely followed by the rest of the fleet.

Prime-1 received a report. He expressed surprise over it, for it was sent by Hierarch Fenway. How he would know about it, he didn't know. It did mean it was safe to communicate with him directly, though. Which makes the plan so much easier. All for the better, for dimensional instability was rising.

I concur. I think due to the gap in posts, it's summary time. Maybe after this there can be a thing like ME3 with galactic readiness for the Virus.

Fenway has to approve as GM. He also knows all the lore. After a summary or something is posted, these posts should be deleted, as they will serve no purpose.

OOC: I dont understand what happened

OOC: when the fleet with the Ragnarov and others approached the not-anymore anomaly in the Lyat-system, they were sucked into some kind of a place between universes, call it a void bubble if you want.
Then a fleet of Strigiforme ships from our universe ans some of Proto´s guys came here as well and some kind of portal opened which our fleet is now flying into while Strigiforme stays behind and these guys from Prototype (sorry, I can´t possibly memorize their name) are not known what they do.

The Strigiforme fleet held its position outside the Hub as the NeoRoman fleets entered the bubble

"Commander, NeoRoman fleets are away. However, we're picking up a moderate sized fleet opening up another portal like the one we came through."

"Weapons, charge all batteries to 100%, missile tubes loaded. This is getting suspicious. Launch some of the science team to the structure while we wait. If we stay, we should at least learn what this structure is."

A glowing golden globe of light appeared. It disgorged several mid size ships, though several belonged to separate empires.

"Commander! This is a fleet belonging to the Corruption! Blocking communications!"

"All ships are weapons free! Missile batteries target that NeoRoman frigate! Lasers on that Strigiforme corvette! Make sure they don't get access to this device! This will surely ruin us all if they do!"

The Strigiforme ships formed into a barrier, stopping the Corrupted ships from entering the device.

"Commander, one more signature. It's...... It's massive! Almost on par with the Aigaion! We've also dispatched the last of the Corrupted ships. All ships read minimal damage."

"Form up into a line. Send a frigate to the other side of the device, they'll wait if we fail."

The ship jumped in. It was the design of no empire any of the crew had seen, being massive and organic looking. It had frightening looking weapons points, and the bridge crew of every ship felt fear. But they were not prepared to go quietly into the night.

"All ships, fire everything. For our actions here today shall decide those of generations after us. For shall we fall today, all our kind will fall to the Corruption."

All the Strigiforme ships fought. When their reactors flared, and they were near death, they charged into the enemy ship, dealing substantial damage. In the end, there was simply the flagship, the Dvii, and the ship of the Corruption.

"Helm, emergency thrusters at full! Dodge those missiles! Fire a Yttrium phase, 14 crowd missiles to cover it."

"Activating emergency thrusters, missiles are past us!" Shouted the Helm

"We're almost out of missiles, Commander!" Exclaimed the Weapons officer

"Helm..... Take full port emergency thrusters, power up the FTL drive to short range. We can try and hit it midstream and overloa our engines."

"Aye, Commander!"

The ship jumped to the side, and as the Corrupted ship began charging to the device, the ship activated its FTL drive. Unfortunately, the Corrupted ship was faster than they anticipated, and they missed.

"Commander, we appear to have missed!"

"I've noticed, Helm. Turn us around, follow that ship. Relay to the frigate on the pter side of the device, we're entering the device.

A portal appeared, and the Corrupted ship entered, followed closely by a Strigiforme dreadnought.
