Omegas scan found why he could not interface with the ship, his new body had some major fundamental differences to most objects in the universe, it obeyed slightly different laws of physics, which just about lost his edge over controlling the most advanced AI that this universe had to offer, which was a bad thing, for he had to remove the leader of the N.S.C.D. Which could only be done by entering the leaders mind, if Omega could not hack this NeoRoman ship, he could not hack Theta.

Omega decided to adjust his control the old fashioned way, by ripping them out and putting his own in, but the autopilot kicked in before he could do so.

So I've read this, and I was thinking of becoming involved. Any owls at the original research station are dead. The Strigiformes have been more or less keeping their own property clean, with a full quarantine on Cuuyth except by the highest possible screened short messages to inform the government on Cuuyth of how things go. A middling size Strigiforme fleet jumps from one star to a nearby star, but has YTTP(Yttrium Travel Termination, Preventable) and has to stop at Lyat, and is sucked into the shenanigans. The fleet would consist of 6 frigates, 4 cruisers, 2 heavy cruisers, 2 missile ships, 1 electronics support ship, and 1 carrier-cruiser, designed sort of like a better Galactica. I figured, with all the owl mentions, owl is needed.

I can understand you don´t want me to speak to my counterpart, but please tell him you got a ship with Empire-class protocolls and files aboard in your shipyards for repair, he´ll understand what is meant if this universe is so similar to mine.

OOC: If you tell the local Ivan of the "ship with the files", he´ll propably demand it being repaired in an EE-shipyard, as that means it has
a)technology the EE doesn´t want others to know they have
b)information which, if revealed, could destabilize the entire galaxy (no joke, I have that information, PM me for details-Fenway only)

Fenway read a cloaked radar signature, before it jumped away. He sighed. "Damn Darkstar guys," he said, "They're probably going to screw something up." He turned to the operator near him. "Were the scan obfuscation matrices online?" The operator checked the systems.

"Positive, they were on," he replied.

"Excellent, maybe we can explain ourselves out of any difficulties." He turned to Jefferson. "You Darkstar guys are exceptionally nosy, aren't they? I'm not surprised you always seem to find yourselves in a heap of trouble." Jefferson turned a very slight shade of red.

"Since when are we always getting into trouble?!" he said, defending himself. "I'll have you know-"

"Only joking." Fenway chuckled and turned to Hope. "I'll see what I can do with your ship." He typed a message and sent it off, presumably to the EE. It didn't actually go there, but to NeoRome. A small warning.

Fenway checked the warp drive again. It had puttered out halfway to Lyat, but it was fine now. He switched on the communicator. "Everyone ready for the last jump?" He was received by a plethora of responses, with the message usually 'yes' or 'affirmative'. "Alright. Engage drive." The energy signatures of the ships cycled up before the ships lurched into FTL travel.

The first thing he did when he arrived in the Lyat system was to scan the area. Sure enough, the radial 'hub' structure was present. And there wasn't an anomaly anymore. The scanners didn't pick it up, but he sensed some sort of inter-dimensional connection emanating from the structure. He snapped to when he read a jump signature. Omega had arrived. Fenway opened a channel to the ship. "Greetings, Omega," Fenway said.

"Hierarch Fenway?"Omega asked. "I wonder why you brought me here."

"Two reasons, actually. The first is I needed help with identifying what exactly is going on here." There was a long pause, and when Omega spoke again, it sounded nothing like him.

"The Network is online. All universes are being connected. The threat of the Rakash is to a omni-universal level. Safeguards have been disabled. Prepare to be boarded."

"Omega, what the-" he was interrupted by a loud explosion. The channel fluxed and Omega spoke again, normally.

"Fenway, your ship is being boarded. Should I destroy the ship?"

"What? We can handle it." He shut off the communicator. "Whoever got on the ship, find them and detain them if possible!" Before anyone left the bridge, the intercom turned itself on.

"Viral agent Rakash not detected. Disconnecting." A loud shudder went through the ship. Fenway checked the sensors. The boarding ship had disappeared, and there was no damage to the hull. Fenway read a large energy signature from the hub.

"The hub is powering up. Turn the ship around!" Before he could do so, a large message popped up on the screen.

The fleet was enveloped in a large bubble and subsequently disappeared, to the space between voids.

Prime 1 managed each fleet as they were warped to the actual Hub, the space between everything. He made sure the quantum states wouldn't overlap, and that no paradoxes would form. This was tricky business. Rakash knows they are organizing.
