Internal Affairs-
The 3 Muon-Catalyzed Fusion Reactors have been completed ahead of schedule, boosting output by nearly 80%. The older, less stable power plants are being brought offline as the Fusion Reactors are cycled up to optimum speed.

Catalyst has permanent colonies established and an orbital layer of stations and satellites is being set up.

A new isotope of Titanium, Titanium-70, has been discovered. It is much more dense and strong than normally, and is found in great quantities on Catalyst. These will be put in new ships and select amounts sold to other factions is necessary. This new titanium allows for more compact hulls and stronger framework, vastly increasing the usable components and tonnage of ships.

The second Unity Battleship is nearing operational status, with only minor systems needing installation.

A new class of Cruisers is created using more advanced technology- 5 are currently being built, utilizing the new Titanium as a hull component-

Internal Affairs:
The five Omaha Class Frigates are being made into a fleet of their own. The fleet is referred to as the Quick Response Fleet or Q.R.F. The completed Leonidas will also be a part of this fleet, along with the Gladius squadron.
Testing of New Earth reveals that it has plentiful, exotic, edible foods and animals. It also has very high amounts of Tungsten. A new crystal was also discovered in sizable quantities. This will allow the Confederation to construct energy weapons and other items at a greatly reduced cost. It is as of now named Redinarium, and is estimated to be worth 350 credits per 6 oz. piece of this crystal. The Columbus colony vessel is en route. ETA is 2 days.

Trade: 1 of the reserve Elephants is being fitted with cargo container spaces in preparation for the new goods coming in from New Earth. A second one is being refitted to make interplanetary trade easier for the Confederation
Production: XR-2 reactor is about 60% complete, a satellite is being constructed for towing to New Earth. ECT is 1 month. 1 Voyager diplomatic ship and Envoy shuttle being constructed. ECT 2 months. 1 Daedalus Class Cruiser Mk2. The improvements are: Tungtanium plating, Redinarium Crystals, an XR-2 reactor, and 2 particle-beam weapons. ECT: 8 months.
Research: Shifted away from combined plating, and is now researching anti-stealth systems and NBC and vacuum protection for troops and ship crews.
Espionage/Spy Orders: 10 OCSS agents have completed training. Their HQ is located in the capital city on Cyrania III.
Training: SAT team still in training
Pirate SITREP: 1 Omaha frigate severely damaged by a ground based railgun, but the marines were able to destroy it before it could hit any other ships. The vessel is at 40% combat effectiveness. This occurred over Diron I. Total losses for all operations: 10 ship crewmembers, 5 marines. Pirate Casualties: Estimated 100 pirates dead. 10 were captured. They are waiting for transport to Cyrania II.

After careful consideration, the Judicator has decided that the Titanium-70 will be kept in T'shi control. This is most likely the only planet containing this isotope of Titanium within the outer systems, due to the unique way it formes (This planet, as suggested by astronomical models, passed in extreme proximity to a black hole before being flung out by a star falling in, before being captured by this star). It appears to be created by extreme gravitational forces.

The next planet in the Yamut system, named Density, is being surveyed. It has an unusually dense and active magnetic core, and is perfect for experiments involving advanced magnetics and other sciences. Due to the unique magnetic field, perpetual motion machines may be possible on the surface by harnessing the field power.

No, it's working off of the continual magnetic flux of the planet. It's a rapidly rotating field. In essence, it would turn magnetic rotors as the magnetic ends keep pointing to new directions, in certain locations. It's essentially drawing energy out of the magnetic field, which in turn, slightly slows down the core's rapid spin rate. So it's not a perpetual generator per se, but essentially free power can be extracted and doesn't need any fuel source. Over thousands of years, the energy would be depleted and the source no longer usable. But right now, it's very viable.

The magnetic field at Density heavily interferes with electronic systems that are not densely shielded. As such, specially shielded colonies will be put in place to counteract this field, while the magnetic generators will be placed outside and beam power through non-electronic systems.

The invitation to our new embassies is still open to all factions. The Confederation has also decided to start selling some of our surplus tungsten and titanium. The price is 1,200 credits per metric ton (the price is the same for both).

New Earth has a permanent colony. It is mainly growing food and mining tungsten and Redinarium at the moment.
Production: The Voyager and Envoy are completed. The XR-2 reactor is complete, and testing was successful. The satellite is being towed toward New Earth by one of the refitted Elephants. ETA is 3 days. Its function is a communications satellite, as well as serving as a defense platform, as it has 1 30mm railgun. The Daedalus cruiser is 30% complete.
Projects: 2 new XR-2 reactors. Cost: 10,000 credits. Mining and farming on New Earth. 2 new Columbus colony vessels. Building up satellites and stations over Cyrania II and III.
Espionage/Spy Orders: An OCSS agent is aboard the Elephant bound to New Earth. Assignment: Counter-Espionage and stealthy peace keeping. (Think secret police, but less of the killing/interrogating part).
Training: SAT team is out of training, and has been assigned to Fort Larane, which is from now on the SAT HQ. a crew for the new Daedalus is being trained as well.
Research: A rudimentary stealth-jammer has been developed. It needs improvement, but it is a start.

We are going to send 8% of Redinarium mined on every other ship, 30% of exotic food/livestock grown on New Earth on the same ships, and 1 ton of tungsten on every ship, along with miscellaneous items.
