The two Commonwealth ships, prepping to jump to hyperspace, caught flashes of the EE/NeoRome battle on sensor probes, and altered course to coem in behind the EE vessels.
Exiting hyperspace, they unleashed a full nuclear barrage into the EE fleet, and began evasive manuvers.

Re: The Virus
The nuclear attack was evaded by the Typhoon-class ships (They are ESCORT carriers, after all. In fact, they are more agile than an average fighter), making them target NeoRoman ships or just fly off into space while the EES Yana used its plasma and laser weapons to shoot down the incoming warheads.
Only three missiles hit the EE vessels, but were blocked by their shields. (seriously, you think nukes/thermonukes are still gonna be instakill weapons in something about a thousand years from RL? Nope.)
GGM Saxon: Sir, those are Commonwealth ships. Should we shoot them down?
SGM Kintobor: Yes, take them down and then focus on the Neoroman forces. They obviously didn´t listen to our demands and the operational capability of the Virus-fighting teams is essential.
Four of the eight Typhoon-class ships turned around and engaged tactical cloak, making any sensor reading useless by randomizing the path signals take, making their signature and position readings change randomly.
They then moved around the Commonwealth ships and fired their Wave Motion Guns.

Re: The Virus
The Commonwealth cruisers, though small, had more than enough shield power to take the EE attack. They returned it by releasing drones and unloading flak into local space.
Markus directed the fight from the Ascension. "Give me tac-scans of those 'phoons and self-destruct those nukes. I want those drones hitting anything not NeoRoman or Commonwealth."
The Nighthawk began random laser strikes, firing low-power lasers in random directions, several hundred times per second. With any luck at all, the EE ships would be designated long enough for a plamsa beam to hit.

OOC: Oh.
BIC: The EES Yana turned around, now facing one of the Commonwealth ships.
It timed it´s attack with the four Typhoon-class vessels and fired all of their main weapons (6 Wave Motion Guns and 1 MAC in total) simultaniously at one of the commonwealth cruisers.

Re: The Virus
The Nighthawk's shields took the hits, but collapsed. The commander initiated an abandon ship order, and set all the systems to automatic. The ship began firing at anything not identified as friendly, meaning it attempted to track the hundreds of randomized sensor signatures.

Re: The Virus
OOC: Obviously you haven't been reading Iv. First of all, NeoRome's core is BLUE, not red. I showed this as Omega warped to a blue NeoRome and was attacked, while we warped to a red NeoRome and were taken custody. Second, All of the prisoners are already on the CAPITAL, Antioch, on the planet itself, essentially the most highly fortified area on the planet. You can't just jump in and take them like that. Third, you are in an ALTERNATE FUCKING UNIVERSE! Think about it. Let's say Kintober somehow got to the alternate universe, Da?
BIC:
Several alarms went off just as Markus entered the interrogation chamber. An intercom spoke up. "Hierarch Fenway, several EE ships just jumped into orbit, the lead flagship appears to be carrying Ivan Kintober!"
Fenway stood up. "Have we checked with the EE?" He asked.
"Yes sir, Ivan's still at Mobius."
"*!" He turned to Markus. "Did you order this?" Markus shook his head. "Well, it's your mess. Come with me, we're going to the Ragnarov." Fenway got up and exited with several guards. Markus followed.
//5000 KM Above the Surface//
Several NeoRoman ships were already engaging the fleet, quickly responding to the demise of the unprepared ships. The Ragnarov was among it, with explicit orders not to destroy the dreadnought, only disable. The captain, replacing Fenway until he arrived, turned around as a sensor result piped up.
"Sir, their shields are only occupying six quantum states!" Said the sensor operator.
"Six?"The captain asked. "There's 18 states! This should be easy." He turned on the intercom. "Tune the Fusion Coil splicers to 20,000 Gigahertz and fire on the escort ships!" Several red-pulse lasers shot out of the Ragnarov. They impacted the nearest escort ship. The shields completely collapsed around the beam pulse. The ship exploded. Each escort ship was taken down as the beams pierced their shields and destroyed them, until only the Halberd was left. The ships ceased fire. Fenway, shortly followed by Markus, marched up to the bridge and submitted a communication to the Halberd. The Ragnarov stood by.

Re: The Virus
Sorry, but I thought the information/evidence of the NeoRoman forces was corrupted by the virus.
If the researchers with Marcus are actually in another universe than the EE forces, every post since my ships attacked the NeoRoman forces is kinda obsolete.
Also, I didn´t know what "blue core" and "red core" meant.
I thought it meant some kind of reactor status, as NeoRome is essentially a giant fusion reactor with people living on top.
Now, what does "blue" and "red" actually mean?

Re: The Virus
Blue and red are areas the of the visible light spectrum. I assume the alternative reality's change was the designers of the fusion core picked red instead of blue?

Re: The Virus
OOC: Just fixed that. Alternate universes. The new one has a LOT of quantum states, so the core (And most of the pulse weapons that are normally blue). Red means alternate, blue means normal. I'll say that Ivan somehow got his forces to your place through the same anomaly from the Lyat system.

Re: The Virus
Makes sense.
So there is an anomaly in the Lyat system that can make ships get into another universe?

Re: The Virus
Omega brought the Bruiser frigate closer to the station, but noticed that the temperature regulation systems were malfunctioning, which was strange considering that the thermostat was working perfectly.
"Bloody virus"
Omega was no longer vulnerable, but the crew of the station still were.
Omega hailed the primerion, explaining that the ship was infected, and that the crew on board may not be able to purge the virus, for the ships were designed so that no foreign action could alter the internal computer systems, so the only option was annihilation.
Omega explained his immunity to the virus and pretty much everything else, and told the Primerion that if they fired at him, he would survive rather easily, though the crew were sceptical with this, they agreed to fire, in order to prevent the station becoming contaminated.
Omega stood in the airlock, he had moved the ship well away from the station, and was preparing to bail out of the craft before the Primerion fired.

An intense flash of blue light, as the bruiser was ripped apart by the Primerion's blast.
Omega activated the thruster unit, and began making his way to the station
